Week 2 of the 2023 NOBULL CrossFit Games Open went down at CrossFit Bison in Midland Park, New Jersey.
Second-fittest man on Earth Roman Khrennikov faced off against eight-time Games athlete Pat Vellner in the live announcement of Open Test 23.2, taking on 15 minutes of burpee pull-ups and shuttle runs in Part A, and establishing a 1-rep-max thruster in 5 minutes in Part B.

I dont understand the shoe choice for this type of workout. The beginning that is. I guess you dont have a choice when it comes to sponsors but man those shoes must be crap for the first part of the workout.
