You know Hiller or any TH-camr will be all over this. Obvious no lock out on thrusters at all and “CrossFit” is announcing her the winner?? I’ve never made the CrossFit games but my coach makes me lock out my thrusters and head thru. Her ears are clearly behind her elbows, not in front of.
I am with the majority: where is the lockout?! I am not a pro at all but my coach made me lockout each time and no repped me if I didn't or didn't poke my head through. This is kinda wild I can see this as an issue and this on the official website.
This is hilarious to me. So she can’t lock out the top of a thruster, but has no problem, locking out with straight elbows at the bottom of a pull-up. Riiiight
idk, the right elbow looks good, and i think its just the camera that is making the left elbow not look like its locking out completely. I've been pausing on multiple reps and the right elbow looks solid.
If you can’t do the movement as prescribed according to the standards, then it should be considered as a modified WOD. RX: No lockout no rep Modified: do what you can.. but it’s not RX
Of course you can get the top time in the world when you don't lock out your thruster! I don't think a single one of those reps the elbows were at full extension. This is a disgrace to the sport! It's not fair. CrossFit we are going backwards. The world is looking at this and laughing at us.
So here's the deal with the standard. If there's a medical condition, such as here, the standard is established with the judge for what full lockout is for her limitations with the overhead range of motion. If she's hitting the established standard for her capabilities as an athlete, she's in the clear. I had to do some research on this as she's a legit games athlete.
She didnt qualify for the games last year and here she is really trying. Proud of her been following her since she qualified her first year. She has spirit. Good luck in the games!
She already explained the issue she has with his elbows but it is more enternaining to be here acting like idiots instead of keeping your mouth shut and caring for your own business guys. You all look like robots replying the exact same message on repeat.
Dove sono i points of performance?
ya where's the lockout? Where's the elbows people. Do it or don't. This is supposed to be elite correct? She's rubber neckin' to make it look like she's locking out. Perhaps she has bad elbows?
Why do her arms never lock out? How is this a full rep?!? Where has the integrity of the sport gone? I guess cheating is the only way to win these days? Setting great examples for our youngsters here. 🤔
Where is the lock out at the top of the thruster 🤔?
She has bowed elbows. She posted about it on Instagram. Partly (or maybe entirely) because of an old gymnastics injury.
🦇
Stop making excuses about her elbows! They seem just fine in thrusters 🙄🙄🙄
Judges fault here … this should be disqualified … there’s no full extension here
Just here for the comments 🍿
@Crossfit Games - How can you stand by this decision when the evidence so clearly shows otherwise.
I was going to say something but I read everyone's comment and I realized we are all on the same page. 🤣
#NoLockoutNoRep

Elbows lock out just fine on the pull ups . Full extention
Hiller already posted a video saying that is all good reps LOL what a fucking joke! 🤷🏻♂
Pro tip, play the video at 0.25x speed and then judge those thrusters.

There is a video of matt Fraser doing the 24.3 ,and You SEE how he is doing the thrusters ...that how it should be done
I thought she had some kind of injury, but at the bar muscle up, she DID lock out the elbows! Look! Why not the thrusters?
Exactly,.and at the bottom of every pull-up
The angle of the video, but she doesn't have the "full lock out" nor the complete extension even in the rack.
This is hilarious to me. So she can’t lock out the top of a thruster, but has no problem, locking out with straight elbows at the bottom of a pull-up. Riiiight

Thrusters-> No rep - no rep - no rep - no rep - no rep - nor rep - no rep - no rep - no rep - no rep
Who is the judge for this?
My Dog 🐕 would’ve No Repped you.
If you can’t do the movement as prescribed according to the standards, then it should be considered as a modified WOD.
RX: No lockout no rep
Modified: do what you can.. but it’s not RX
0:23 the comedy music drop as the comedy pull ups start lmao
@crossfit games The elbows are not locked straight for the thrusters and even on Muscle ups. Does this count as no rep or maybe not?
Surelyyy no lockout on those thrusters. Always takes so long to finalize the open leaderboard you’d think they’d be careful
dang.. well had i known i didn’t need to lock out.
She has bowed elbows. She posted about it on Instagram. Partly (or maybe entirely) because of an old gymnastics injury.
@@thevicegod4393it’s even in front of her shoulder plane, though.
adaptive division?
Esta correto essa extensão dos braços?
Falto um pouco no final!
You did amazing, don’t listen to these comments
Where is the luck out at the top the thruster 🤔?

@@thevicegod4393 ok
Great job Becca!!! ❤
I hate to be “that guy” but the lock out on those thrusters looks super soft.

Time wise those half lock outs save a ton of time and energy. At their elite level something that small can be the difference.

Shouldn't she be participating in Adaptive Athlete CrossFit then?
Imagine all those people with rhabdo after this and could’ve saved them by not locking out
???all those people with rhabdo? oook...
No penalty for clearly not locking out her thrusters?? There is zero consistency in judging
I dont see locking the hands at the top of the thruster
Cant wait for the Andrew Hiller video. Not a single rep was made

Good to see Rebecca Fuselier doing work 🙂😊👍
I love this girl!

Oh... So we didn't have to do full range of motion? Damn I did the workout wrong then.
just think how much time you could have saved. 😉
i agree, u can clearly see at the bottom of her pullups that she has full elbow extension, so shes well capable on the thrusters, just chosing not too
@@seanpinnegar also compare her muscle ups for when she's fresh vs fatigued... different results
You a crossfit games athlete?
Que terrible los Thrusters 😅
No rep , no rep ,no rep .
Bien hecho Rebeca. Eres la mejor!!!! 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
The difference NOT being in front of a Judge, you don't get no-reps for not locking out, Lol.
I don’t give a shit if there wasn’t a lockout. That’s a phenomenal time. She locked out on the later sets of heavier thrusters too
As many mentioned i would have counted so many no reps related to the lock up ...
DAMN GIRL!! 👏🏼 ❤
The best thing is the comment of the 200.016 position person about her elbows 😂😂😂 they could do the same ’unlocked” and beat her 🤷🏻♂️
ya where's the lockout? Where's the elbows people. Do it or don't. This is supposed to be elite correct? She's rubber neckin' to make it look like she's locking out. Perhaps she has bad elbows?
Wowwwwww
Impressive❤❤❤🎉
🦇🦇🦇
All you people commenting about “guess I didn’t need to lock out” could have cut 5 thrusters a round and still get beat. Knock it off
All the thrusters are no rep, no full extention at the top 🫠
here b4 ramblr
🎉🎉👌Bravo

Great job! You can tell you nailed it by the keyboard warrior turnouts.
Rooting for you this season.
