Yes I think so. Thank you for pointing this out. I forgot about this for years. I think Costco has some instructions on this. It says we should pump the tires 3-4 psi more when they are warm, or something like that. I will double check next time when I use the pumps.
I'm grateful that you made a video tutorial about this! To many, I'm sure this is common knowledge, but it wasn't for me. Also, appreciate the cooking vids too!
The contact surface with the road is smaller. The donut tire needs to be pressurized more to sustain the higher pressure from the road and the weight of the vehicle.
Thank you for your helpful video. I have been driving for ~16 years. My first time pumped air for car tires by myself after I had watched the video. I did it at Costco. Women can do it too.
I ... To be honest never noticed it. Thanks for calling it out. I'll go and check it out. Could it be for the donut tire? So people dot have to adjust the psi for that one tire?
Is that the cold tire setting in the inside door decal?

with someone with anxiety, i completely agree with your comment
Thank you for posting! I found it very confusing when I tried to use their pump, so this helps greatly!!!
It’s nitrogen as well! The molecules are larger and it leaks more slowly. Less tire fills
Good to know. I was wondering why.
WATCH OUT I USED COSTCO TO ADD AIR TO MY FRONT TIRE AND BOTH AIR MACHINES EVEN THOUGH BOTH WERE ON TOOK OUT ALL THE AIR IN MY TIRE.
So sad. I hope the tire center was open and could help you pump the tires back up?
@@ratherelevatedTHEY HAD TO COME OUT WITH THE CAT PORTABLE TIRE INFLATOR.
Thank you bro felt like a fool before I saw this lol
Thanks for the tutorial. Is there reason why spare tyre has high PSI requirement

Thanks bro you help me overcome my fear 😅
Huh? So the text says to do the opposite of your words?
Definitely double check everything!! Feel free to leave a comment on what the correct is. I tried something and it worked. That's about it.
Thank you! I feel kinda dumb not knowing how to do this but this video is very helpful
I have to learn how to do it by myself.

You never tell us what the "wheel" icon means on the Costco pump.

It only works for the techs. It's disabled for your safety
