At first I thought Deep Forest's music was my favorite song from this mod, but this dungeon's theme is unlike anything I've ever heard. I still need to think and find the right words for what it conveys to me... but whatever it is, it's such a vibe. I especially love the bit with the strings and the strange sound you usually hear with cavern themes in the original N64 games. The contrast of such calmness with the harsh sounds of the cavern ambiance... Ooooo! I feel like I've wanted it without ever knowing before it existed.
Flying cars would definitely not be for this era. Already so many accidents are caused by drunk/drugged driving that we do not need to add flying cars to that mix. People already can't follow something so simple as a straight road, so even figuring out "flying zones" will not help in that.
That's the reason we don't have flying cars already. Technology to make aircraft that small with foldable wings has been there for decades, it's just too much extra effort/danger to be worth the cost.

Got to read a lot about URA zelda expansion. Sucks that Nintendo had to cancel it but given the circumstances it makes sense since the CD expansion got super limited to japan-only and the URA expansion lost its full market potential as a consequence. People talk shit about Zeth but he deleted his restoration project because he can't risk to be linked to using copyrighted assets from nintendo as well his restoration team started to get problems so it was going to be impossible, who knows if he had too much work restored to be worth it. Nintendo later on implemented all the ideas and concepts into further sequels including Malo, ugly looking chickens to the great Breath of the wild.

Lego Castle was my favorite family of themes too. They don't run a Castle theme when they also have Harry Potter and and/or Hobbit/Lord of the Rings going on just like they don't run normal Pirates theme concurrently with Pirates of the Caribbean movie tie-ins. As far as knockoffs, Enlighten is a much better manufacturer than Lepin. It's about on par with current day Mega Construx as far as plastic quality and quality control (so vastly better than 90s, 2000s, and early 2010s Mega Bloks) and they actually make their own themes. The War of Glory theme is a valid successor to, say, Castle Fantasy Era.
Undoubtedly cool that this guy created his own original monster to serve as the boss, without question. ... BUT for lore reasons I thought he was building up to something else. With all the bats flying around, even being featured on the opening screen, I thought they were hinting at something greater. Like that the fairy stealing demon was actually the Gomess from Majora's Mask, and the "bats" were the remnants of the fairies he'd claimed. Which would not only have been a wild revelation, but added a whole new weight to the showdown with the creature in Majora. Obviously there are some holes in that and the boss pulls plenty of cool weight on its own. Sometimes you just get something in your head and it excites you so...
Why is it that in seemingly most fan games, they always make the last boss way too difficult or tedious? The whole game is smooth sailing, until you reach the last boss and start hating the game.
I dunno why, man. This hack's totally not canon, but the way vinny calls them alternate reality games kinda makes me see them like a real "what if" from somewhen else. Seeing OoT's woods, which are as old as me all withered, Saria poofing away, and the dissonant music in the deep woods. Made me feel things, man. I kinda sobbed up overnight over it. This stuff's brilliant and resonates with kid me a whole lot, but man is it gloomy :[
