Eating healthy is always big for skin, as an adult i used to have bad back acne but with diet I noticed my skin health had improved immensely. I was always told to use benzoyl peroxide as a teenager but never did. Most of my cystic acne has gone down with age, diet, and better skin care in general (changing pillow cases, gentle water washes, keeping conditioner away from my face in the shower, exfoliating 1-2 times a week only). However my blackheads and pores have always been an issue. I am looking forward to seeing what the results are, the 30 days is up!

This cleanser has honestly been a life saver for me. I ALWAYS had at least 2 or 4 deep, painful, inflamated cystic acne bumps (on my chin area and neck), and after switching from Cerave's SA Cleanser to Panoxyl's BP 4% I don't have a single bump (cystic bumps at least). Do I still get the ocassional pimple? Yes. But I'd say this cleanser helps to reduce the size of the pimples much quicker. I do make sure to leave the foam on my face for 2-3 minutes before rinsing it out. Honestly the 4% concentration has been working great so I don't know if I'll move to the 10%, might be a bit too much for my already dry skin.

I used to use Proactive.. it had similar ingredients.. it eventually made my skin much better. However for the first few weeks it seemed to make my acne worse.. I think it was drawing out all the under the skin impurities. Maybe this will have the same effect.. and yes the benzoyl peroxide bleaches everything it gets on! And it also makes you more sensitive to the sun.

“All I know is that I have this stupid stuff on my face and I don’t like it!” That’s exactly how I feel.😂

I used to use an acne product that was supposed to rid you of black heads etc. I found it dried my skin out, which made me produce more skin oils and so I would get more spots and blackheads…..
I went to Clarins and the lady said I have extremely sensitive skin so using a acne treatment was quite possibly the worst thing is could do.
So I started a regimen for sensitive skin. Using clarins products. My skin now is breakout free. And I won’t go back to using acne treatments.

after washing, you had to apply serum niacinamide 10% and then a moisturizer with a factor of at least 30

I'm disappointed it doesn't come in a bigger bottle lol. The current bottle is filled with a lot of air imo.

I've been using this product for one week... Washing my face with it when I come home from work around 5pm, and then one more time before I go to sleep. I wash my face and leave it on for the 2-3 mins recommendation and following up with a moisturizer. Here are my thoughts so far:
    1) The product doesn't dry my skin, but I did experience some irritation around my eyes the first couple of days, even though I didn't apply it anywhere near my eyes. I do put moisturizer on my eyes, so they say that could be the issue as it can trap the "leftover" products and cause irritation.
    2) So far... I'm still breaking out... Again, I've only been using it for a week, and I am hopeful for this product, as it seems to be working for some people.
    3) Avoid applying anything else after other than moisturizer... before this product, I did use to apply toner and niacinamide serum to my routine, but it caused some irritation, so I'd stopped.

Please Can I have your feedback now that it's been 7 months ?

@@Jb_MontanaI stopped after 6 months of using it. I was still breaking out.
I switched to the SA Cerave one. That one is more gentle, but I still break out here and there….
