I have been using the omnilux for about 6 months. 10 minutes, four to five days a week. I LOVE LOVE LOVE it!! My dark spots have disappeared and my lips look more firm and lush. In fact, my dermatologist asked if I had lip injections. My overall skin just looks more dewey. Can't wait to see what it looks like a year from now. I am 60. Never too late to start good skin care habits.
As a researcher myself, I am so grateful that there is a channel that actually lists down the scientific papers, rather than just saying it is supported by science! So thankful Dr. Shah and Dr. Maxfield! I hope and wish that your channel becomes one of the top channels for dermatology!

Love this review ❤️ I been using the SkinGenics LED mask for like 3 months and been noticing very good results. It was also pretty budget friendly and is rechargeable.

@amygullette475 @nancyingram700 do you still recommend the skingenics mask? I’m considering getting this one since it’s the only one in my budget at the moment
As a skeptic, I am so grateful for this channel! Straight forward, evidence based information- but also very charming and enjoyable to watch, but without the BS of influencers who are trying to sell you something.
100% agree, coming from someone (me) who knows basically nothing about skin products or usage this channel is amazing. Mostly since I don’t know about the scene I tend to think everything is a gimmick made to con people into spending money. I’m happy to see that there are doctors who at are not bought and pushing product for $ but rather care for their followers/ community. Great duo!
@@warrenRV a link to a product doesn’t mean it’s sponsored. Be smart. They wouldn’t be legally allowed to say it wasn’t sponsored (like they do) if it was. Also if it was sponsored the companies wouldnt want the competing products to be in the video & they’d try give them affiliate codes etc. that would make people more likely to buy it.
Very smart of you. I actually had the opposite attitude when I was younger, I thought I'll just cover whatever up with makeup. Your makeup will look a lot better if you have better skin underneath and you will be more confident when you're not wearing makeup.
Don’t forget - good diet and a good night sleep which affects your hormones is maybe even more important than what you put on your skin. Your skin is just a reflection of what is going on on the inside of your body.
When I fell down the skincare rabbit hole, I bought every device imaginable. I was easily swayed by influencers who may or may not have been coerced with free swag. I love your channel. I love that you reference the sources of your studies. I love evidence-based theories and opinions. I love the geeky science behind it. I love that I am able to trust you both implicitly. You don't have longevity here without trust.
Hey folks! Just wanted to share my own experience with red light therapy after diving into the research you've discussed. I’ve been using a red light panel from Future Form Official, a company based in Norway. Honestly, the results have been pretty impressive. I've struggled with chronic back pain for years, and regular sessions with this panel have really made a difference in reducing my pain and inflammation. What sold me was not just the effectiveness but also the price point - it's surprisingly affordable compared to other options out there. The panel is well-built and powerful, and I felt like I got a lot of value for what I paid. I’ve been recommending it to friends who are looking for similar relief without breaking the bank. Thanks for all the informative content here; it really helped me make a confident choice!
Watching this in January 2023 and would love to get an updated report from them on the effectiveness of current models and their prices. Prices have gone waaaaay up since March 2021!
May be a bit late to be answering you but I had the Currentbody one and the connector has developed an issue. So it lasted for around two and a half years. Is that good value for the cost? I don't think so. They will repair if it is withing a 2 year time period but offer nothing in the way of a repair service after that. I think I will be looking for a cheaper one.
I've been reading so many studies on wavelength and wound care - it's so fascinating. One study stood out, 60ish participants over 12 wks, control group just washed their face and used blue light therapy for 10 mins. The others washed, used AHA then did blue light therapy. The aha group showed a huge reduction in acne. I have been doing this for 6 months, about twice a week and I can count on one hand the pimples I've had. Take that, cystic acne. Also, I read a lot of studies for wound care, healing and red light therapy. It's so fascinating how it supports collagen production. After wearing N95s for my 12hr ICU shifts, I do 3 to 5 mins of red light therapy to help my skin maintain its elasticity. Total humble brag but my skin looks way better than before covid and I wear so many masks. I love knowing there are others out there who geek out over these studies too!
@@Megan___ 15 yrs with my acne. It's been a wild ride. This isn't my only trick but it's really helped. I was really skeptical at first but after sticking with a schedule, I'm so happy I made this purchase
I can attest to blue light can cause hyperpigmentation. I am African American and fortunately do not suffer from hyperpigmentation on a regular basis, but tried out the Neutrogena acne LED pen, and was left with a dark spot. It fortunately faded in time but just a cautionary tale.
I am so confused because it's the red LED that is supposed to cause hyperpigmentation (not the blue) and the green or yellow is supposed to treat it. I wish someone can clarify this officially.
I got the Dennis Gross Mask and I actually had quite a good effect in reducing my acne. Got lucky and picked it up during the Sephora sale and got it at 20% off. As someone dealing with adult acne, I feel it's worth investing in it along with my retinols.
Loooove your video/s! The only issue I have is the :”Talk to your dermatologist.” Unfortunately, in my experience, not many are so proactive and keeping up with trends and newest research, and, so far, whenever I tried to talk to my dermatologist, I’ve been ignored or mocked for my questions. But I guess that’s why I, as well as others, follow your channel so thank you for doing this 😊
YES you’ve described one major reason why I appreciate this channel and find it to be so refreshing!! Not easy to find a de who’s got it all: dedicated to the scientific method and up on research, respects the psychology and emotions, respects that you’re not a moron with misaligned values (those are subjective, anyway), respects your hard earned money, finds the actual problem and targets a systematic and simple as possible way to treat, AND is efficient at communicating all of those things. Out of everything, the worst is when you’re mocked and not respected. That makes everything else go out the window.
@@mailesmith168 I went to my dermatologist (switching for the next time) a month ago with three problems: toenail trauma, hyperpigmentation and yearly mole checkup. She only focused on the last one. Once she pronounced them all ok, she didn’t care for the “esthetic” problems I have. She tried to say goodbye and leave the room to see next patient twice and I had to stop her and ask about those, even though I told her at the beginning that I have more questions and which. I was in there for less than 10 mins. She told me to wear sunscreen 😂 (I do that already)
I've been told that my face looks brighter recently. Thanks to you both, I only use gental cleanser, niacinamide, moisturizer and sunscreen; they are around $30 in total. I'm going to try retinol next. 🤩🤩🤩
I know the feeling! I recently put salyccilac (?) acid back into my skin care routine and I know it is too soon to actually see major benefits, but my skin in general feels much nicer
@@johanncalvillo3398 I haven’t used an LED mask, but I would think you wouldn’t want to use an acid or retinoids before or after. Retinol is just amazing for your skin when used in a routine at night. If you use it during the day use a sunscreen and stay out of the sun 👍🏻
Could you do a video on supplements to boost collagen internally? For example hyaluronic acid, pycnogel, collagen and other supplements that work directly and indirectly.
Cool video - my wife got one of these but hasn't been using it, so I've started using it! Good to know that there is science behind it and it can work!
Pro-tip: red light has been proven to treat an array of different kinds of pain, so if you have dental pain, or pain from TMJ, your infrared face mask will help.

I love this video so much!! Please do a part 2 on the other benefits of LED masks~ I've seen some with other colors like yellow, green, and white. I liked that you guys addressed blue/red that are on both ends of the spectrum, but I'm curious about the other colors and how they would benefit the skin!

@@ekaterinam.c.759 no problem. Consistency is the key. The red reduces inflammation so that’s why it helps with rosacea. I remember these red lights in the health spas in the 70s and 80s. The older ladies claimed it helped with pain and good for the skin. I am WoWed that there is scientific studies to back up the claims from them ladies. Now I have to get one to see if it can help both in aging and arthritis.

Brown skin woman here 😁. Love mine. I've dealt with acne and hyperpigmentation off and on for years. I bought 3 of these. One for me and the other two were for my daughters. The blue light helps so much. If I have an acne breakout and put my mask on the blue light, the next day my skin has improved. I use the orange light too. I guess I should start using the red light.
I have watched SOOO many of your TikTok’s, but I finally made it to your TH-cam! As an Esthetician student (soon to graduate!), I really appreciate all the knowledge you guys share! I was wondering if you guys could talk about professional machines (like LED, hydra facial/other microdermabrasion, etc.) and discuss 1. are they worth the money (for a professional & for the client) 2. if the most expensive ones are really the best/necessary 3. of course it’s best to avoid the amazon dupes, but are there more affordable options that are safe and deliver results? I know this might be a more targeted video to skincare professionals… and maybe it’s something you do in a patreon type setting for licensed estheticians?? It might not appeal to your entire audience. But as a soon to be esthetician, the deals on these types of machines are tempting. Especially when the price tags on top of the line machines are so high. But of course I don’t want to get something that is unsafe, or won’t give my clients results. I could really use some professional input - especially from somebody who isn’t trying to sell me something. Lol. Thanks guys.
I bought an infrared/red light combo light for myself, and I've been using it to treat inflammation in my lungs and brain stem from being horribly sick on Covid-19. It's been helping me so much after 5 months of nothing helping! Also... I do use it on my face, which is an extra bonus :D
Thank you for this video! It helped with my decision for red light therapy and against microcurrent technology. I just wish someone would send me a mask! 🤣 the price point is the killer.
Lux skin care makes a great mask for under $60. (Its $47 right now) These insanely priced ones are ridiculous, and you are paying for the robot design and thats it. This tech isnt pricey, but because its anti aging skin care they put a few bells and whistles on it and charge the big bucks. You can even buy a grow bulb or grow box meant for plants (like a square shaped box with leds on it that you can bask under) and get the same exact results.
I am 59 have been using the current body face mask and neck and dec once a day for the past 8 months and complete strangers in shops & people in the street are actually remarking on my “wonderful skin” for the FIRST time in my life… I have been absolutely taken aback by this but these comments have been so out of the blue that I’m forced to think that they are genuine… what I have noticed is that my skin has definitely improved… nowhere nearly the same issues that used to need concealing like enlarged pores, & age spots, in fact to the point that I don’t need foundation!! Real bang for your buck if you ask me!🤩
@Helen Rodais Seriously, you couldn't be bothered to include the name of and who makes this product that you say is so effective?? What's up with that? Why bother writing about your experience and leaving out the part we're all most interested in??
That’s exactly why I like following up my microneedling facials with an LED session for my clients. At first I thought I was imagining the results but it keeps working so nicely

I really do have good success with CELLUMA. it helps immensely. The near-infra-red light helps activate the mitochondria to promote cell healing and renewal. It really does help.
I am 58 and I have seen a nice result after 3 months 10 min a day nothing life changing, I have very dry skin , but I had the middle of the face combo, my nose no longer gets oily, I have never had acne so I can not speak to that, but texture, fine lines a definite improvement.

Great feedback! As a black woman, I really appreciated the fact that I need to focus on the red settings because I just ordered one of these not one of the models you showed but it came with eight color variance so I would’ve loved to hear more about the other colors, but this was amazing
I bought a full body near infrared/ red light LED machine that you can stand up in front of. It’s not a bed but it works. It was about £500 on Amazon, it pays for itself over time compared to the monthly salon membership fees.
“Dr. Maxfield Sometimes has good ideas” haha. Here for the comments. 😉 I just ordered an omnilux, and I cannot wait to start treating my skin. These devices may have less power, but they DO sit closer to the skin, I would think that would require less power than the devices we use in office. My suggestion for video content would be Dr. Maxfield and Dr. Shah bloopers. Beside the no bs advice, this is what I find adorable with the connection you both have. Not overly rehearsed, and very personable. Keep up the good work! Ps... I work in oculoplastics, I would highly suggest protecting the eyes, it may be a very long time before the studies are out on any damage that these devices may be causing on the fundus , and then may be too late for some. Better be safe than sorry later on!
I just watched your video and it was very well done! I own the Dr Gross limited edition black mask. I have figured out a way around the strap problem. Once you get the mask adjusted so it fits comfortably and is not too loose, take the ends of the straps and slip them into the other side of the buckle and pull tight. This will secure it firmly and it will no longer fall out. I also use tanning bed goggles to prevent any eye damage. Thank you for your great video!
I have the Dr Dennis Gross mask that I bought about a month ago. The changes are amazing! I highly recommend it. I also have the eye mask and the changes around my eyes are incredible. I’ve been taking pictures and they are definite. I look forward to seeing the changes over the next month or two.
What about Dr Gross compared to Omnilux? It would be helpful if you compared the actually LED differences since they are not the same instead of focusing on the way it’s worn.
Yes! Thank you. I was waiting for this review. I love my LED mask and use it at least 4 days a week. I've definitely seen a difference. But now I feel even more confident about it!
I love the Peppy Co mask! It covers your whole face and has slight eye goggles so it kind of forces you to take time for yourself. It also has blue, red and amber light! It’s also not as expensive as other masks and more comfortable. ☺️ Also, just a tip for convenience. I’ve just plugged the mask into a small portable battery and the charge lasts about a month, using it every night, and has been great!

I'm really glad to see definitive answers, but... My skin doesn't wrinkle so much as sag (double chin, etc.) Would the red light treatment help tighten the skin (maybe through the effect on collagen)? Or is there something else I should try?
Questions: did the studies consider the age of the subjects? Is it still effective for 50 year olds? Also, you mentioned it reduces oil producing glands. Is LED still recommended for dry skin? Thanks!

Thank you doctors very much for this particular vlog. I have been using one of these light masks for the past 2 years and have found it to be extremely beneficial for my skin. I use the red light and the combined red/blue (purple) three to four times a week. I have a very simple but comprehensive skincare routine, including double cleansing, prescription strength Tretinoin, hyaluronic acid, a few of The Ordinary products, a very good moisturiser and most importantly to me an eye cream. I exfoliate every other day and for my skin this has been one of the most beneficial actions). I also drink 2-3 litres of water daily which I believe has been the most effective of perhaps anything else I could have incorporated over the years. I have been using a similar routine since I was 17 (of course products and knowledge have changed along the years, so I’ve modified my routine accordingly). I’m mature (okay, oldish, but not decrepit) but my skin and complexion are excellent, if I may say so myself. I’ve found the right mix of products for my skin, the prescription Tretinoin being the most expensive but worth every cent, and will most likely continue on the with this routine on for many years to come, or as long as my planets keep aligning (yes I’m a tad eccentric). Thank you again for sharing your knowledge, I enjoy learning about and assessing new developments and thoughts that I am l learning from you both on here. ❤️ 🤗 ❤️

So glad I found you guys. I sold my expensive EMS device, which hurt me, and am going to sell my expensive microcurrent device. I've gotten the best benefit, even though I am early in to trying out home treatments, with LED. I also just added retinaldehyde and just started following the morning and nighttime routine given in another video with the products that were mentioned. I just received my Dr. Pen and will add that in every six weeks, safely of course. You guys have really saved me. I was going down the rabbit hole of YT videos on devices. Thank you so much for your videos!!!

@@valshog4089 I have to say no. No visible difference for me. I know lots of influencers have measured their results and they say it works. The thing that helps me the most is using prescribed Tretinoin at night, Botox 3-4 times per year, and SPF every single day. I’ve tried medical grade skincare lines, and while they feel luxurious, they didn’t really improve the quality of my skin. Also, don’t discount the benefits of proper sleep and diet.

Thank you so much taking the time out of your busy schedule reviewing the LED Masks Trend! This was informative and educational video, especially on what BLUE light and RED light does for us if we purchase a LED Mask for us to do at home instead seeing our esthetician/dermatologist's office. ALOT people get so influenced by celebrities, influencers, on TH-cam, IG, FB, Tik Tok, who are non licensed dermatologists marketing these masks that the audience will think if it works for them it work on themselves. Everyone has different skin, no one is the same. Again thank you for this review, appreciate it so much! Have a great one!

I have been using daily the Dr Gross mask for 6 weeks as directed. I also have been using the ZO Health anti-aging line for nearly a year. In May 2021, I had CO2 laser to help minimize old cystic acne scars on my cheeks and chin. Then again 6 mos. later. The 2nd treatment, my dermatologist Used another laser to resurface the rest of my face. The results are amazing. I believe the mask in addition to everything else I am doing, will help maintain the results for a longer timeframe. I don't forget my neck & decollete areas. I consider that as part of my face as well. I also don't neglect the rest of my body, as there's no sense in having a young-looking face if your hands arms and everything else look older. Plenty of water, sleep and not a lot of refined sugar.
I get the Red light treatment after my hydrafacial. It definitely helps reduce the redness. I never had acne but the anti-aging is appealing. Thanks for the video.
I am getting a LED light mask immediately! I already do retinol cream and eye cream plus lotion with hyaluronic acid. This is a game changer. The weapon to my wrinkles I need! I know the importance of using moisturizer and retinol in aging skin, so I will still do those plus my face masks I enjoy with a bubble bath. This is just a new piece to put in my arsenal that will really help. Thank you for the science of this. This is the reason I have not tried one yet. No doctors suggesting it with the backup of the science. Thank you, both of you. I love your channel!!
Great info. I had a free red light facial from my friend who has her own beauty salon, she's been wanting me to experience. Now I need to buy a home mask and am doing the due diligence research; this was extremely helpful. I am 75, so, anything to help reverse the aging process; I am very cautious, so just want to be well informed. My skin is healthy, however, those unforgiving bright lights in gyms are sooo revealing.
You guys should review the LIGHTSTIM. It's truly the best in my opinion. My work place has the panel but retails 2 different take home devices. One focusing on anti-aging with Red, Amber, and Infra-red, and then the acne device with blue and red light.
What a fantastic and explanatory video! Love it! Love you guys! Appreciated that you took the time to include darker skin tones in the video! Not everything in skin care is suitable for a darker skin tone. Maybe you could make a video about something about darker skin tones! :)
I'm a complete skincare junkie, no plan at all to rehabilitate. I will always be on the search for something new, and I do some research, I try to apply a balanced approach, but in regards to this, I've been this way for so long, I love the idea of hoping that something is going to change and after a while, it is about understanding and wanting to understand the science that puts the green light on so many of these products. I am ever hopeful, while careful, so I jumped the gun before long-term effects are ever really reviewed on whatever it is. I love the lotions and potions and devices based on long-term tradition, being studied for the science behind the lore, and I'm more apt to jump on board with whatever the devices. I've never met a product that truly harmed me that I have ever used, and I've never seen any evidence of cases coming forward where the device was harmful. This is my favorite dynamic in the skin care TH-cam region. Friendly, respectful, presenting facts as a united front, so even with just this one channel represents a broader spectrum of information, as they each have their different opinions about many of the topics, but not most of them. And each offers a range of data, studies, traditions, opinions on the effectiveness, on the safety. I never feel like I'm being sold to, so I appreciate that.
Im completely in LOVE with my current body LED mask. It REALLY works. My skin has a glow and radiance it never had before. I am 60.
Very smart of you. I actually had the opposite attitude when I was younger, I thought I'll just cover whatever up with makeup. Your makeup will look a lot better if you have better skin underneath and you will be more confident when you're not wearing makeup.

It's effectiveness aesthetic wise, for the face
Watching this in January 2023 and would love to get an updated report from them on the effectiveness of current models and their prices. Prices have gone waaaaay up since March 2021!
May be a bit late to be answering you but I had the Currentbody one and the connector has developed an issue. So it lasted for around two and a half years. Is that good value for the cost? I don't think so. They will repair if it is withing a 2 year time period but offer nothing in the way of a repair service after that. I think I will be looking for a cheaper one.
They posted an update, the QURE one is the winner.
Thank you for letting us know that red light is safe for dark skin tones!

I can attest to blue light can cause hyperpigmentation. I am African American and fortunately do not suffer from hyperpigmentation on a regular basis, but tried out the Neutrogena acne LED pen, and was left with a dark spot. It fortunately faded in time but just a cautionary tale.

But I guess that’s why I, as well as others, follow your channel so thank you for doing this 😊
Same here, i have hormonal acne and they wont care to help me build a skincare routine, they just offer to prescribe me meds!

Yes. Many Dermatologist can be condescending & consider questions pertaining to anti-aging frivolous & a waste of their professional time.

Lux skin care makes a great mask for under $60. (Its $47 right now) These insanely priced ones are ridiculous, and you are paying for the robot design and thats it. yes it does work, i had a led face mask and used weekly . .and i saw so much improvement and omg it eazes down your acne too. i highly recommend it
So do you think as a teenager LED masks are good to incorporate in a skincare routine? Doesn't it make us look old? Many of family members said as a teenager if I would have used it I would look old and when I'm in my 30's my skin will get worse!!
@glowupptips wait what ..who told you this...? Lol led wont damage your skin at all. Is not uv rays or anything damaging like that
I bought the LG mask. Very high quality. And it is doing what retinol and my 300$ serum collection should have done a year ago. Just buy one.
The one for $800? Does it heat up? I want to try led but I don’t want to melt my fat. Had a bad experience with RF.
Will be glad if you can tell me which one to buy
I might the led light
Hi
I was sitting in the dark with my led mask on...
And then my brother came in,he didn't know I was in the house.
When he saw me he literally screamed and fell off the floor as he tried to run.
He thought I was an alien or something 😂😂
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Eeeeexcellent. Best part is that you were sitting in the dark 🤣
👏👏👏👏👏
Hahhh amazing
Lmao
I’ve been using the Omnilux mask for 8 months. I love it and I can see a difference in my skin. I’m 62 😊
Good! I have the Omnilux and like it so far. I also got the LightStim, which can be used all over the body. Like them both and appreciated this excellent review.
I was waiting for the roast and now I'm researching which one I want to get....
Boost from light salon is great
I have the Aduro its super
Omnilux. It’s medical grade and FDA approved.
@@DVelez-wz3fe I have the Omnilux face device and love it!
Boost from light salon is amazing. Gothamista, Lisa Eldridge and VioletteFr all use it and have some good videos on it
i would love to see each of your skincare routines in future videos! i think it would be really informative to see how dermatologists actually treat and look after their own skin:)
I've been using the dpl II a light faithfully every night and have seen INCREDIBLE results in my skin. It's clear of acne, smooth, and healthy. The light has a red, blue and combo cycle and I do each cycle.
I’ve been using the Omnilux mask for just three weeks…3-4x per week. It feels relaxing; hope it has a beneficial effect.
Thanks. Did you have a result after ???
@@valshog4089 I have to say no. No visible difference for me. I know lots of influencers have measured their results and they say it works. The thing that helps me the most is using prescribed Tretinoin at night, Botox 3-4 times per year, and SPF every single day. I’ve tried medical grade skincare lines, and while they feel luxurious, they didn’t really improve the quality of my skin. Also, don’t discount the benefits of proper sleep and diet.
Thanks! I was one of those followers patiently waiting for this review and it was worth it! Very informative as always... love that you both put in so much work into researching this device for us, much appreciated! 😍🙏🏽
My inner science nerd for so happy with this video!! I found your channel recently and I’ve been binge watching your videos more than Netflix!!! You guys rock! The OmniLux LED mask is really good
What kind of results have you seen from Omnilux LED? I’m tossing whether to get this or Dr Dennis one
@@ZaneSkye I haven’t been using it long enough to see any results to be honest plus I’ve had to stop everything due to a bad reaction to a chemical peel. But you can watch Hot and Flashy’s videos on the OmniLux…that’s how I decided to buy it?
Hello @zane skye which one did you get?
Best video I've found presenting study highlights! Thank you!
As a woman who is approaching 50 in a couple years I would love to know what treatments you love best and what skin care products you love best for the neck region
Thank you for your approval, tomorrow is my birthday and I had already planned on buying the Dr. Gross Mask❤❤❤❤
I’ve got the Currentbody mask. Been using it every day for 10 minutes. Great results for skin firmness, texture and brightness.
does it heat the skin? I
Don’t want to heat up the skin because I am afraid of losing fat. Thanks
@@Lulu-kt6gr red light doesnt cause fat loss
I have introduced sun screen in my daily routine after watching one of their videos. I have noticed the improvement in freckles and sun spots. They are not gone but are noticeably less obvious so thanks! Now I have started with the LED mask...let see!
He said those with pigmentation should not use led masks
@@komalmalik634 blue light should not be used when pigmentation is a problem….not LED masks in general. Red light has shown good results
@@yvasquez2449 Thank you.
I just ordered the Pure Daily Care LED mask with the neck extension. It was less than 200 dollars and it is soft. Cant wait to try it. I have been using a handheld with great results!
Hello from France
I have being using Leds every days 30 mn for one year and I can say it’s a real good product for my skin : no more spots and a luminous complexion. I do like leds! Thanks you very much for your advices
Yes I’ve been waiting for this one!!
My husband bought me one for my birthday in Jan. I barely use it but I can’t wait to use it more often now.
What an amazing husband ❤😊
I've been using the megelin wand and it's had very positive effect. Both my daughter and girlfriend have tried it and now both want one.
I get the Red light treatment after my hydrafacial. It definitely helps reduce the redness. I never had acne but the anti-aging is appealing. Thanks for the video.
Yes, heck, it might help with other skin conditions too
Dr. Maxfield looks at Dr. Shah with so much love and admiration 🥰
I love my Mirage LED mask by Evenskyn!! It includes both red & blue but has a third setting that is yellow.
Very educational and easy to understand. I like that you actually give recommended products/brands. Such useful Info. Thanks!
You guys should review the LIGHTSTIM. It's truly the best in my opinion. My work place has the panel but retails 2 different take home devices. One focusing on anti-aging with Red, Amber, and Infra-red, and then the acne device with blue and red light.
Yes I agree. The LIGHTSTIM is affordable and handheld. It’s easy to use and works great. I just never see reviews on it.
What a fantastic and explanatory video! Love it! Love you guys!
Appreciated that you took the time to include darker skin tones in the video! Not everything in skin care is suitable for a darker skin tone. Maybe you could make a video about something about darker skin tones! :)
Love your channel! I would love to get tips on anti-aging for the hands to include wrinkles and big veins showing.
Me too!

Im 35 and have always been taking good care of my skin and use alot of nice serums and cremes. But when I got my LED mask, it changed my game.
People notice that my skin looks good. I recommend this for everyone
Ive never heard of a Body LED Mask. Where did you find yours?
Thanks for sharing! I’m 33 and have been looking for a doctor for a facelift... definitely glad to have something to try before going all the way there
