I visited Indonesia this year for 1 month and it was by far the best country I've ever been to. The nicest and most welcoming people i've ever encountered in my life, watching these videos makes me very happy. I would love to learn Indonesian so I could actually speak to them like you can. Keep these videos coming bro!
We have the biggest mosque in SEAsia, we have the tallest Jesus statue in North Sumatra (61 m) taller than Rio's, we have the largest Buddhist temple, we have third largest Hindus temple, also we have the biggest Jewish menorah statue in the world, all of them is in here, we trying to uphold tolerance, although we live in this depressed world, at least we try.
@@vandasaragosa New 61 meter statue was built in North Sumatra, Indonesia open to public in 2015, but Jesus statue in Timor Leste only 27 meter and it was build by ex presidente of Indonesia in 1990s, even in Timor is shorter than in Brazil.
I love seeing these interactions! I’m about to head to India for the first time tomorrow and I know a little bit of Gujarati, just enough to pass by, but watching how eloquently you speak Indonesian to the public makes me excited to interact with people in India! Thanks for the boost of confidence!
Ryan kamu lah inspirasi aku utk belajar menguasai bahasa lain.bahasa inggeris aku belum jaguh lagi.tapi lebih improve dari dulu.terima kasih Ryan, selepas melihat video kamu, aku menjadi lebih semangat.
Here in The Netherlands almost every Chinese restaurant is a Chinese/Indonesian restaurant because of our history So we often eat things like saté babi, saté ayam nasi, bami goreng, babi pangang, gado gado, loempia and many more, it comes with kroepoek and sambal oelek. The names of the dishes are also names in Dutch.
Jeeez Ryan i thought you were going to kidnapped for a minute or two ha ha .... to say she was keen is a big understatement ha ha ....everyone is so friendly ...can`t wait for the next installment !
I suggest u to come to jkt next year. around march maybe .. there is world cup qualification indo vs bahrain and indo vs china ... u will feel masive athmosphere. its a great feeling
Hey Ryan, what would be really cool is to see you jump on whatever site you communicate with some of the girls on and then within a half hour after finding out where they live knock on their door and surprise them with a dinner date, or just hang out with them
Islamic extremism is forbidden in Indonesia. That’s why Muslim women there are not scared to talk to you in public. They wouldn’t dare do that in other Muslim countries.
At 18:00 you were drinking es teh. On my first trip to Indonesia I got a bad case of "Montezuma's Revenge," which lasted for a couple of months. Blehh! 😝 But I researched this and realized I did multiple foolish things in a country which does not always have the cleanest water (especially in the countryside). The next trip I boiled water every day to use with for my tooth-brushing, and don't eat unwashed fruit that you can't first peel. I also avoided all iced drinks. (The water used for the ice is a cipher -- clean? Not clean?). That month was a wonderful, illness-free experience. Aku suka videos^2 kamu, Mas Rian! 🇮🇩 🇺🇲
I miss the food in Indonesia. I don't miss the macet macet. I noticed you did the macet wave as you crossed the street. The magic wave only works for Indonesians, not bules. Indonesians are magic.
My son spent some time in South Korea and like a lot of TH-cam world travelers say the food in the original counter is much different than this same dish we find in America. I was wonder if you find that is true in your travels.
Wow, I didn't think you can just ask them their age like that (11:05). Anyway, I enjoyed the food part, and it's especially joyful to see how cheap it is. Do you get the feeling that they are trying to swindling foreigners and tourists? Or is this just because you went down tourist areas? They all have that vibe that they are trying to sell you something.
I definitely felt like some people had the idea that foreigner = $, but I wouldn't say that was everybody. By in large, most people just were curious or wanted to chat.
Saying Indonesia is the most tolerant I don’t understand that because tolerance is based on people depends on specifically what a country is tolerant on to just say a country is tolerant really makes no sense.
She was so thirsty for Ryan that she was not even surprised he spoke Bahasa 😂
😂
as indonesian i agree with that statement 😂😂😂

What about being tolerant of homosexuals?
Naaahhh Indonesian doesn't need that@@AxeMain
@@AxeMainhomosexuality is comparable to abrahamic religions to americans btw
I believe Jessus statue is now Timor Leste not in Indonesia teritory anymore

Heck yeah!

I wondered about my Dutch mom making Nasi Goreng as a treat here in the States. I always looked forward to it.
Wasn't expecting you to come back to Indonesia
Girls over there are really really REALLY friendly 😁👌
😂
Yep they are, ultra friendly 😅
@@EthaniskyHilderman I'm not sure if that is a good thing or a bad one ..😂
@@djeyegore they're too friendly, causing them prone to being used by foreigner, that's what I experienced in Bali
@EthaniskyHilderman that is just sad fam.
Indonesia seems to be the most secular and tolerant Islamic country.
UAE is getting more tolerant.
Media has you believing Muslims countries don't welcome foreigners
Indonesia, turki dan kazastan sama islam sekulernya

American living in Indonesia here. My favorite food is dendeng cabe hijau from Pagi Sore. If you haven't tried it yet, it's really delicious.

Finally, I figured on last video you seem like just visit Indonesia recently. Or maybe just the persib jersey idk 😂

Which has a fence around it? Church or Mosque 😮
Saw that. Ever see atheists start a war😂😂😂

We have a mosque, a church and a synagogue in Sofia/Bulgaria and they are next to each other.
Nice!
Same in Paramaribo Suriname, synagogue and mosque stand side by side. A church is 200m away.
The biggest jewish menorah statue is in Indonesia itself
