This is a wonderful video and thank you for showing your wiring schematic. I am looking to do something like this but I only know basic electronics. I can easily make the actual physical oven, but I am not sure how to select parts to make sure everything fits together and does not burn out via high voltage or not work at all with too low amps. Is there anyway I could contact you for some advice?
Hello. I converted sterilizer disinfection cabinet into a curing oven. Because it's cheap. However, the oven temperature was low, so i removed old coil (1:52) then putted bigger one(2KW) in the oven (2:44)

Hello.. can we simply multiply this config to reach higher temp. Around 300 degC?
Yes, If set the temperature controller to 300 degrees, it will be 300 degrees.
