I still own the Mii mask! They were given out to people during the Wii U midnight launch at Nintendo World in NYC but I’m not sure if that’s the first place they were ever used. They also had different versions since my friend was given a different one.
Also the Famitsu special appendix book is likely a mini book/guide bundled with the Famitsu issue. They do this pretty often and I have Smash 4 one.

I feel like the best way to do Merch from now on for the Miis would be custom figures. Something like an online shop where you can upload your Mii and get a physical figure made

Great video! There is actually another instance of Mini figures existing though: a while ago during the Wii U era, Nintendo Minute hosted a contest through Twitter to have your Mii be custom 3D printed by a custom 3D printing service as a Mii racer figurine, driving the standard kart on a road base. I was going to include a link to said video, but Nintendo have privated every Nintendo Minute episode 😓 I'm still sad i never managed to get one!!

I think that "one focused organization" probably means that the employees are ONE at nintendo maybe ONE stands for something because on their "life at nintendo" careers page, theres a relationships section saying they work hard and have fun so maybe its just an employee thing how theyre "one focused" and focused on being one like thats my best bet and i could be so far off
They could have a gimmick of making them into basically dolls with interchangeable parts. Like magnets on their faces and interchangeable hair and stuff like that.

There is a Wii sticker book that has a cover where you can make your own Mii. I saw it at a bookstore, and whoever had this book previously had made the most cursed-looking Mii, created from the child’s deepest fears and secrets…or the child took 23 stickers and stuck them anywhere on the face.
I have to wonder if a magnetic face mii figure like the Kirby Nendoroid could work. I assume there's have to be tons of accessories for it to work, though, and I'd expect the parts wouldn't stay togeather super well.
I was on eBay one day and I looked up Miitopia to see if I could find much other than the game and I found something I think was a pre-order bonus for the Switch version. It was a set of sticky notes, shaped like event text boxes from the game.

Awesome video! Sort of unrelated, but would you ever consider doing a guide on how to get Miitomo running on an emulated android? As someone who knows nothing about jailbreaking and has never emulated anything besides consoles, I wouldn’t know where to start. And I miss Miitomo dearly and would love to participate in the community that has access to it!
All I knew about that Tomoko Mii is that her full name is Tomoko Lection, which is at least a play on “TOMOdachi KOLLECTION”.

B: Brawler is a high tier character, so many people seek out Brawler to have an amiibo of their main
G: Gunner is the best counter to the best amiibo in the amiibo tournament format (people send in amiibos to fight in a single elimination bracket)
Sw: I honestly have no clue, because Swordfighter is a bad and uncommon character but if I had to guess its because Swordfighter never got amiibo reprints unlike the other two so they are rare despite the smaller quantity

The answer to both of those questions are “kinda”. I believe the listing for the prototype cases is still up, and the 3DS fits fairly well, but there is a bit of wiggle room
