    Nice my dad at a 2013 F-350 deleted but kind of more boring than yours. He first had a flow pro delete pipe with a banks tail pipe then finally ended up with a MBRP Quiet Tone

    I’m gonna guess the one you said you don’t have to remove and put back was the last one connected to the blue wire and u had to remove it anyway??

    So if I want to change out exhaust pipes I have to do the tuner and why not take a sawzall and cut all that crap out in pieces instead of worrying about unbolting since it’s trash anyway, thanks not criticizing just thinking less labor

    I took my dpf off and ordered a 5” straight pipe and getting the ez lynx tune but not sure about the egr delete. Do they make a egr block off plate for the 6.7 powerstrokes? Or do you need the delete kit

    • @andrewhaynes09

      Mostly Outdoors You can buy block off plates for the 6.7 powerstroke. I probably would have gone that route if I were to do it over again.

    Do you have to take that rear extension pipe off that’s between the back of the dpf and tailpipe? I already broke one of the bolts pressed in from the dpf and would be nice not to worry about 3more.. thanks for sharing your vid..

    So when you take out the factory exhaust, I don't see a muffler with the replacement pipes. What keeps it from being loud?

    • @andrewhaynes09

    whats a good tuner to use with all this EPA shit where you cant buy a tuner that deletes your dpf/egr?? also what about the sensors from the DPF? do you leave them connected or off?

    got a question can the EGR delete be installed without tuner software? Or is the tuner software needed so you dont get any check engine lights after the EGR cooler is removed?

    • @andrewhaynes09
      @andrewhaynes09  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Nate Cantrell Thank you for the comment! You should definitely use a tuner when deleting the EGR and DPF, otherwise you’ll have more serious issues than just a few check engine lights.

      I left the DEF tank (with some fluid) and hoses installed on my truck. It would be a good idea to drop the DEF tank and drain any fluid that’s left over and wash out the hoses if you plan on returning to stock for whatever reason.

    Do you have to do the EGR delete the same time you do the DPF Delete? Im about to straight pipe it and tune it and want to make sure im not missing a step

    • @andrewhaynes09
      @andrewhaynes09  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Nick Graf No you do not need to do both at the same time. Just make sure your tuner can work with the EGR on. You will want to get EGR block off plates at the very least, or you may have issues down the road. They are inexpensive and easy to install.

      @@andrewhaynes09 One more thing, do you have a recommendation for a tuner with tunes that support the delete? The one i ordered didnt come with it and it would need custom tunes. Id rather just buy one that comes with the correct tunes. Thanks for your help!
