This isn't how you ship it now. The "flow restrictor" is installed on the $70 stage 3 filter. The problem is detaching the hose from the old fiter. No videos. $500 of RO over 3 years down the drain. Back to Nestle delivery.
Push down on the white with your thumb whilst pulling the red line out. If you just pull the red like out, the white section with pull up slightly, preventing the release of the red line. By pushing the white part down you prevent the locking of the red tube.

This tube going into the membrane is making a weird noise in our 11 month old system. Would the noise indicate that it needs a replacement?
