    i searched one good yoga channel on TH-cam for so long. Finnally I found it. Literally no one instruct like you do. I'm suffering from pcod and allergy. Due to my this condition I couldn't focus on anything. But after doing your yoga I feel little bit calm. I'll continue. And I'm sure it will help me to get more calmer. Thank you.     its been several days since I did the first video in this series, but I did so much better holding vajrasana this time! My ankles were a little sore at the end, but no where near as bad as last time. hoping to keep improving this along with my breath!!!
