VRBO was very easy for me to set up. AIRBNB was very complicated. I've been booking on VRBO and I see all my messages from guests and have no problem communicating. I always cam get someone on the line when I call support. They walk me through everything. When I call airbnb I can't get anybody on the phone. When I do they don't speak English

45 seconds into this and I had to just drop a comment and leave to somewhere else. To keep people around and watching to the end consider making comments that are geared to be useful to most people to conform to your own Video Description. If you want to say VRBO website is very Very Hard to navigate all I hear is talk about something you are having trouble with and not necessarily everyone... I navigate around their website just fine.. so it really all depends on what you are looking for and how easy it is to find that The first comment about Renting a small space inside a home as a difference between Airbnb and vrbo is a good difference to talk about related to your Video Title because it is something everyone will experience.

A damage claim is very difficult on Airbnb, even though in 2023 it's supposed to be "much easier". I am still waiting over a month - the claim is still pending. It is also very difficult to reach out and ask a question relating to the claim. So frustrating!

Good info. If you list your property also on Vrbo and it is then also listed on Expedia, does Expedia follow your rules in Vrbo for cleaning fee and pet fee and cancellation policy you set in Vrbo? Can u set a different price on Expedia depending on how many adult or total guests are coming? And can u do that on Vrbo also?
It sets everything exactly the same as VRBO and no you can not directly edit Expedia listing

Hello, very informative video. Thank you. I have a quick question. Can Management Companies represent private properties and sign host contracts with AirBnB?
Airbnb doesn't care if the person signing the contract is an owner or represents a management company. Airbnb does not check ownership. As long as the person has valid ID proof to share with Airbnb they will be happy.
The biggest problem with VRBO is payment. Two months after the client checks out she still hasn't paid the owner. I'm one of them. There are complaints about them from owners in different countries. I found it in English, French, Spanish and Portuguese.

The biggest problem is getting canceled by the host for made up reasons. VRBO allows this and offers no recourse. Never again will I have a trip ruined. Just say no to VRBO. Book directly with the owner, go to a hotel or RV. VRBO is not a reliable source for vacation planning.
I find VRBO much easier to see the true costs as a customer. The other has hidden fees and taxes that are not as up front.

I don’t think that’s true, I have claimed pet damage several times
do not use vrbo... they have only cancellation policy,,, they never give me a refunds....anythings... i lost 4.327.67dollars...ㅠㅠ
