Very helpful video - thank you! I do have a question about the section where you can provide your personal contact number for guests. I have often read that hosts should only communicate with guests through the app to keep a VRBO record of conversations. Do you feel that is not a necessary precaution?
It is still a good idea to share your phone number with guests for emergencies, all other general communication should be done via platform

I listed my house on Vrbo, and I haven’t gotten no even one inquiry compare to Airbnb I already have 4 reservations back to back. What do you think is going on?
Yes that’s normal, airbnb brings 80% of bookings for me as well

Yes you can change it to any number that you want
