I also had two unassisted home births (one unexpected, one expected), likely having a third this Fall unless I can get to the hour away hospital. Your experience is so different from mine, I'm happy your baby/now big tot is healthy, but dang what a rough experience with so many people being foolish around you. ❤

Wow that’s an awesome birth story ! Praise God for giving you the strength to deliver your baby at home and that he was born healthy ❤
I had my son at a birthing center and that was really nice but I definitely would do a home birth if we were to have another baby. It would have been nice to just climb into bed after labor and delivery , it’s exhausting !

I have started labor weeks after losing my mucus plug and then I have had a baby in my arms in less than 24 hours after losing it. Each labor and delivery is so different even for the same woman.
Congratulations on your brand new baby each child is such a wonderful blessing.

Yeah with my first baby I lost a lot of the plug at 37 weeks but he wasn’t born until 38weeks and 4 days. Every birth is so different!

Same. I had once where I lost it whole and it was HUGE and then 2 days later lost it again and it was already huge again and I remember being so shocked that it was already so large....he didn't come for like a week after that. My first it came out in pieces over a few days and then labor started. Every baby and labor is definitely it's own journey and you can plan and plan but some things just aren't in our control. I'm happy you guys had healthy babies and deliveries ❤
