I am starting all over again with establishing daily excersize habits, and I love these kind of workouts! I would especially recommend them for people with ADHD as there are so many different moves and the timers on the screen help so much.

Lucy I’m loving your low impact workouts! I’ve been doing your high impact ones for 4 years and it’s good to switch to low impact too sometimes. I watch my heart rate and it gets as high with these low impact workouts, as it does with the high impact ones. Amazing! Working out and taking care of joints too 💪♥️

I am vegan so eat healthily but have been out of condition for a while. So thank you for all the help and encouragement. Nice to have some new moves. Just a big thank you to Lucy for the education as well - suffered recent injury (short lived thankfully) that meant I couldn't do work outs but due to your coaching I still got off the coach and did walking instead, not feeling like this was a failure but just as good to keep moving. With making better food choices and your work outs and encouragement to keep moving I have lost 10 pounds in last three months and I have faith I can lose another half stone to my goal if I keep going, have patience, don't give up and believe in myself. Should add I'm not doing this to lose weight and fit in that bikini - need to get weight off my dodgy knees so they don't have to work so hard!

loved this workout loved the fact that some moves incorporated into the workout were ones that i remember when i first started with you Lucy and loved them got a little out of breath felt a great workout saved it to my list😀
