Thanks for the video , it is informative and covered lots of good points . I have a question , my medical exam was done around September 2017. As of the time we submitted our application the medical exam was about 8 months old. Now that we are getting into an interview phase my medical exam is over 1 year old. Does this mean I need to do a new one and take it with us to the interview . I appreciate your help Thanks

My friend he got married April 2019 on b2 visa, he has come back to uk, then went in August 2019, then he came back, this time he went in January 2020, his wife put in an i130 form 2 weeks before he went to usa, he only stayed 8 days. Due to covid circumstances, he might get his interview next year in feb 2021, as its 2 months away from over 2 years of marriage will he still get a 2 year green card or 10 years
My case say it’s ready for an interview but I’m not married I’m getting my green card thru my dad which is a us citizen and veteran I’m really nervous 😭

You get 10 years if, at the day of the printing of your green card, you have been married for 2 years.
