Tax accountant gave the tax return client file which include all.Should we submit the client tax return file given by tax accountant or should we submit the tax return receipt from IRS ? Moreover IRS has not state tax return and how to get state tax return ? Lastly two Money orders separate for biometrics & form or one money order for togetherMaam ?

Regarding the tax filings, in our experience, USCIS likes to see transcripts from the IRS as proof that taxes were not only prepared, but actually filed. However, they will also accept copies of prepared tax documents, but may provide less weight than they would to a transcript. Regarding fees, it is important to verify how and what amount to submit to avoid rejected filings. We recommend looking them up using USCIS’s fee calculator, which you can find here: www.uscis.gov/feecalculator. Please note that separate biometrics fees are no longer required as of April 1, 2024.

If I am unable to get a confirmed employment letter, can I show some informal communication (email, chat transcripts) with US employers on potential future employment after I get my greencard?

Hi, Chari, This is a great question. Some USCIS officers will not be concerned about a large age gap, others may decide to separate you and your spouse during the interview. If you are separated, you will both be asked a series of personal questions and expected to answer them the same way - for example, “Where did you spend the holidays last year?” or “Did your spouse shower this morning?” In my experience, sometimes couples make mistakes in answering these questions or don’t answer them completely uniformly - this does not automatically mean the case will be denied, so long as there is a reasonable explanation. For example, one of my clients said “Yes” when asked if her husband had showered that morning, and her husband said “No.” Upon further questioning, it turned out that the husband usually showered in the morning, but that particular morning he had taken his shower the night before in order to be ready to leave early for the USCIS interview. His wife was already asleep when he showered, so she didn’t realize what had happened. The key is to be prepared to share honestly and request a supervisor if the officer is behaving unprofessionally or asking questions that make you too uncomfortable to answer. Hope this helps!
Ok so i dont get it ?? If a couple is filing legit..... Why in the heck would anybody be so nervous and not be able to answer questions and especially why would the officer even deny a case if no lies or false info was submitted??
People could be nervous because the officer is intimidating or due to language barriers, maybe the applicant is not fluent in english. The officer doesn't know whether the information given by the applicant is true, therefore the applicant must prove that their marriage is sincere and "bona fide".
@@smoove8787 but still nervous or not nervous language barrier or not if a marriage is a true marriage and everything is legit all those things you mentioned should not have anything to do from a person getting their legal status changed that's just my look at it . .....
They say cause immigration officers know how to read your body language. Some people get more nervous than others and i can be one of those that my hands can sweat and i feel like my face turns so red or that's what I think but i can feel my face gets hot lol

Many applicants do not have a SSN, that should not be a problem. You can simply let the officer know that you have not gotten your SSN yet.
