May 10- file received by USCIS
June 20- work permit approved
Nov 14- interview scheduled.
Dec 13- appeared for interview and officer asked 2 or 3 basic questions and approved.
Once again, thanks a lot. We prepared our case on our own with your help and some other TH-camrs as well.
Man...i assumed having a kid together is enough proof that a marriage is bon affide. What more do they want...so many unnecessary things you got to walk with to prove being a couple..Anyhow congrats and welcome to the USA officially and thank you for sharing now next step citizenship.. But some people ready to make kids to fake marriage and when its over leave a kid with mother and leave. I saw so much weird things people do just crazy about usa permanent residency.
FYI do the medical exam just prior to interview so it will be up to date.

Hi everyone, to give you an idea on how long it takes from the notification of interview till the actual receipt of the green card, please find below respective dates for us:
July 9, 2020 - Informed by USCIS of interview schedule
August 11, 202 - Actual interview that took less than 15 min. We were told that we were approved for the green card. There were no tricky questions.
Sept 3, 2002 - received actual green card in the mail
I understand that it's a case to case basis but just to give you an idea.

@@mr.irrelevant8826 the postal office returned my notice to the Immigration because they couldn’t deliver it!!! Super annoying. 🙄 it might be the schedule of my interview.

Do we need to bring a copy of the i485. I never made a copy when we sent it. I can just re do it. But I was wondering.

Congratulations. I'm just watching your video today. My husband and I are going to have the interview in English because he can't speak good Spanish. I'm kind of nervous because I don't speak English 100% perfect. Do you think that's a problem?

Hello, my mom had filled in application to renew green card last year (6 months prior before it expires), been over 6 months. and still has not arrived. She has not heard anything back. Any suggestions on what to do

It means a letter was failed to send so it returned back to the office, and they sent out another one. We got the same one too

Benedetto del Tronto quest'estate)? un'altra cosa: ti sei fatta consigliare da un avvocato per l'immigrazione? ti ha seguito lui? alle domande dell'ufficiale per l'immigrazione, hai risposto conoscendole di tuo oppure hai avuto qualche suggerimento? quando hai portato il certificato di nascita (la sua copia), te lo sei fatto spedire dall'Italia o sei partita direttamente con quello già quando hai fatto il primo "approdo"? e hai comunque lavorato da qualche parte con visto apposito? mi sembra di capire che non si possa lavorare se non con un "visto lavorativo". scusa se ti faccio domande varie (e tantissime), ma spero di andare in Nevada, come ti dicevo qualche giorno fa..
Rispondo alle tue domande in ordine:
-Poco dopo essermi sposata mi è arrivata L'Employment authorisation card con cui potevo viaggiare, quindi ho viaggiato tranquillamente quando e come volevo.
-si mi sono fatta seguire da un'avvocato, non me la sentivo di fare tutto da sola, anche se so che è possibile
-se intendi le domande all'interview, ho risposto di getto e comunque erano tutte domande di cui conoscevo la risposta (dove vivete, quando sei nata ecc)
-Me lo sono fatta spedire dall'Italia quando ho iniziato l'application dopo essermi sposata
-No, legalmente non si può lavorare negli USA senza visto lavorativo!
Hello sur why isn’t visa 92 for I-730 case type not listed on the visa bulletin? What does it mean? That that visa type takes a lot of time than the rest of the visa types displayed on the bulletin or? Kindly tell me and by the time I applied I was 19 an I’m making 21 now should I be worried about it sur?

Hey, so when I sent my vaccination with everting together to uscis the form online was expired too and the doctor said that there is nothing he can do we just had to send it. Now I am going to an interview do you think it will be a problem! ?

Io mi sono sposata negli Stati Uniti l'11 gennaio di quest'anno ed ho inviato la documentazione (dopo aver ricevuto il certificato di matrimonio) i primi di febbraio. Ad oggi 14 giugno sono ancora in attesa dell'Employment permission.... tu dopo quanto tempo lo hai ricevuto? Ma hai viaggiato fuori dagli States senza problemi solo col permesso di lavoro????

No it was to get the green card, I only had EAC before

@@elizabethwilliams8108 well I have a lawyer. Two weeks after a greencard interview is a perfectly fine wait time. It can take up to 120 days for them to make a decision. I’m good. It’s marriage based, I’m certain it’s different for siblings. Also I’m already under DACA so I have the luxury to be able to wait for it without worry.

Gov employees don't have to be nice I went to city hall one day and met the biggest jerks. I was watching the Rockford Files tv show and the encounter with some real jerks at city hall...I was laughing thinking these must be real employees and not actors.

What did the medical exam consist of
Just had mine today! The do blood work, checked ears, eyes, throat legs arms , shots, and the have you strip down and they check your genital area (vajayajay- for women lol) side note- they just look for less than 2 seconds and they seal it and give it to you.

@@manimirahul1819 Hello, everybody! I am writing , because maybe someone will help. In June , 29 2020 sent form I-485 + I-765(Work authorization) + I-131( Travel document). In August,9 2020 got appointment for fingerprint scheduled August,26 2020. September,18 2020 got my Travel document I -512, In November , 9 2020 got letter with scheduled interview for green card in December, 22 2020. In November,17 2020 got Work permit. Today is January, 7 2021 and I still have not any notice or letter from USCIS. I live in Nebraska .

They send you a letter once they confirm your date with the whole list, or you can google it too!

@@varsharao86 The interview went well. We had to do the medical exam. Everything was good. The Civil Surgeon made a mistake on the medical exam and we were denied the green cards. We're devastated to say the least
