Hi,
I live in MO and I got a traffic ticket in OK for speeding for $196. I already took care of it. Now, I am not sure what should I say in question 20 of I751 form where they ask criminal history like have you ever been arrested, fine etc. (It specifically says excluding Traffic Regulations). Could you please help me with this question?

When you do everything truthful by the law you dont need a lawyer
the bedroom questions bother me, we sleep in separate rooms. she comes home very late from work. we are an older couple and got married for companionship and to share expensives.
Yup 👍🏾 as a matter of fact when you show up with a lawyer that’s when they question things 🧐🧐 we didn’t even have the money for a lawyer anyway Lol 😂 everything went smooth and no I-751 interview

I watched the other one too and the first thing I said was "He works at Best Buy and she married him? Man, that's a keeper. Most women would scoff at that." Of course they were acting but it made me laugh out loud. A girl actually marrying a sales associate from Best Buy would be a red flag if I was an officer simply because girls don't marry guys making 11 bucks an hour very often. That's either true love....or green card. :D

from research I've done I think this is fake as can be, I believe there are going to be much more questions. I just hope they don't ask questions about our bedroom because we sleep in separate rooms.
Dear Cat 11. Thanks for your opinion. Seems like a lot went into it. Our “research” is based on decades of legal experience from being practicing lawyers, a former immigration officer and board certified immigration law specialists. So, you keep on researching the interwebs and good luck.
One site went to is a lawyer and he lists many questions they might ask. I've read there has been a lot of fraud, in fact I went to one place that arranges marriages for money.. So I think the interviewer is going to be a lot tougher than what you show here. I would like you to post a checklist of actual questions that couples have been asked so we can be prepared ahead of time.
I also did some research at my local library, This is a quote from a book titled US Immigration made easy. "USCIS and dept of state have been heard to assert that more than half of all the marriage applications they process are fake".

How come my Taiwanese lawyer are not details oriented like yours. He seem don’t care. But stroke interview is hard even it’s real marriage.

She will be here in Singapore for 10-20 days and we are planning to have our wedding here in Singapore then after she would need to go back to US. Do you recommend to have our wedding outside the US or should we get K1 visa for us to live together?
