    my wife and i went to the interview for her (russian) in March 2018 and i can say it went very smoothly here in fort Lauderdale there is an big age difference however that never came up at the interview she entered the USA with a tourist visa we meet on the fort Lauderdale beach one piece of advice is take as much documents to prove you are in a real marriage we brought a suitcase full of pictures in albums shipping labies from amazon with both of us on them leases when the interviewer looked at all the things we brought the rest of the interview was just making sure we had filed was correct we DID NOT HAVE A LAWYER this was the first time both of us filed any of these papers . I do suggest you have someone represent you unless you are very comfortable doing it yourself

    If a person is undocumented since youth(brought to USA by undocumented parents), then what is process of getting
    a work permit, green card like? What are risks and waiting time, and any legal risk to a US citizen who marry that person?
    I know this is very difficult and long with no quarantee of results that a couple has to go through.
    An undocumented also have to go outside USA and wait 3-10 years correct for illegal overstay in USA, but some people say, one does
    not have to go out and can stay in USA (after marry) and work, and apply for a green card here.
    2nd question, for a RN lincensed graduate from US college here with undocumented status, how does one land a RN job?
    Is finding a company/hospitals that will sponsor an undocumented RN graduate is easy and good only option(besides marry an USA
    citizen)?

    what if I was issued a 10 year permanent residence but I never stayed living in the original permanent residence with my American citizen spouse and we have been living in separate states and a pending divorce filed 27months less than 3years and the we have no tax documents or any mortgage or monthly bills, no bank account, the petitioner took the marriage seriously but the beneficiary has not and keep leaving the spouse and kids living in the state and residents of original was per filing the case. Can you please explain this situation. I do not know if immigration is aware that he is been living in Texas and not in ga.as was what the agreement was and has 3 considered permanent addresses plus 3-4 temporary. with for sure 2 speed tickets and traffic accidents, 2 warning stops , fell to pay toll road fees and to my knowledge has worked for cash money on the side jobs, machanic, took me the petitioner for divorce but I am the One that has it pending because I didn't as I told him went through all that for him to get approved and then didn't stick by Me and the kids. one child that is ours together and 2 step children. I don't know what to do, can you please help answer this, I'm know its alot and I have traveled many trips to get him to honor the agreement and marriage but he keeps saying that he is not coming back and even told our son that and doesn't make the effort to make things right together with Us but expects me and the kids to keep making all the compromising and sacrificing but doesn't treat Us like we are his family nor as a husband that loves his wife and kids is his priority and it hurts us that he doesn't care about Us as he made us believe that he did before.

    I know this video is months old but I have a question. My husband lives in Samoa and I live in the U.S. and you talk about a bank account together or bills together but if he is over there and can't use the bank account or help on bills how does that work? Could I get a joint bank account for us but just have me currently using it or will they think that it's not really a joint account since it's not being used in Samoa? Or could I go ahead and try to get some kind of insurance with both of our names on it even though he isn't here? Because I know that is a big part of the stuff they will want but he doesn't live here and can't use any of those things. So I'm trying to figure out how that works if I have to have something with both of us on it given the situation or if they don't look at that since he isn't here in the states.

    Now my question is : is that any problem,if she stays till the time i applied for her ,or she has To go back in our country ???

    • @I.progress
      @I.progress 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      I would advise that she does not over stay her visa unless you plan to start the filing process immediately. It will also be better for you to get your citizenship first and then file for her as this makes the process faster and easier. Her overstaying might lead to inadmissibility depending on how long she stays, besides, she can always come back to the USA with her valid visa.

      I love this guy with every breath I breathe but after all that I and my kids had to go through to help him and alone, our home caught fire, I got burned, was out of work for awhile, lived in a hotel for months til the home was repaired, trying to work 12hours shifts, had to gather so much documents from the doctor, school, psycologist,hardship letters, playing the role of both mom and dad, inside and outside the home, caring for the kids, taking his phone calls from Kansas detention center for about 4months reassuring him that I would do my best to help him and borrowed money from 5 credit cards to pay the fees because non of his own blood siblings, family would offer to help any and I used my tax refund with the credit cards and from my job to honor my agreement and as I told him that I wanted our son to have his daddy the right way but after all that I did and my kids had been through, he was approved and the day July 4,2015 the kids, myself and my sister went to the airport to pick him up and hoping that he would be happy to see us and greet us all with a hug but he didn't and just within 3 weeks he began leaving Me and the kids and the nightmare of all that the kids and I been through was not over and yet doing everything necessary to get him that second chance that he said that if he would be given to be together the right way with Me...and the kids, that we would not regret sticking by him but turned out to be a nightmare because he didn't leave it in his country as I was hoping that I could put behind us and relax but little did I know that didn't happen as I hoped for and never knew what I was up against still after he returned and as I said in 3 weeks he left Us and its been a nightmare every day for us but has said if I want to be with him that I need to sale the place that the kids and I call home that I had before I married him and living in for 15years and to move from ga to tx.and start all over again from nothing and live in a single wide trailor that came from a junk trailor lot and had to be made to be half way livable with no heat or air , no water heater, no furnace, just a floor heater and a small unit air conditioner in the bedroom window and move from us living in a 3bd 2bath split foyer w/2car garage home plus the trailor has only 2 bedrooms and One bathroom and he expects 4adults. and 3 kids to live in together. You know my answer, not happening and his sister which is hunger than me, being the boss and calling the shots. What is he thinking, I already told him it won't work. I like my own space and privacy, not going to live that way and God is the One that blessed Me to be in the home that I'm in and I feel like God gave him that second chance to be a daddy to our son and to enjoy and he didn't have to get out here and figure out what he was going to do to provide a home for Me and the kids and take the time that he already lost the firs 5 years of not being in our son life away from him again but he doesn't see it that way as I do and still he is not thinking about all the time that he has been away from Us since he has been in the United states that he is still not being a daddy to our son and doesn't show that he cares that his actions and self centered ways or you could say selfish, but he will tell you that he is not but he still has alot of learning about life as a adult that he is not getting to because of he is being enabled by others and treated by his own sister that does have a husband but treats her brother as if he is a child and has her priorities not quit right. its time that she realizes that her brother is now considered an adult and she and everyone else needs to tell him it's time that he mans up and moves out. Well enough of my experience, wish you out there that is or has experience some of what I have and still dealing with but I'm exhausted from it and I don't know what else to do anymore but God knows that I have gave him my all and have tried and tried to honor my agreement and commitment that I vowed before God and I have made every effort to do my best to stick by him and made thousands and thousands of miles traveling 4 states away from 2016to 2020 and I have ran my last race as someone once said and he still treats Us as if we are nothing to him now and he has made it clear to Me and our 10year old son that we will be the ones that, if its us or his sister to get kicked out of that single wide trailor that he told Me that I would be living in it with him back in 2018 ,well as she once told Me to my face that she came first, well ,I know what God says about the husband sticking by the wife and forsaking all others but not in this marriage. he thinks it's the sister and that is what he showed Me and our son and so I don't agree with it but God knows and he will take care of him doing Me and my kids wrong. God bless each and everyone and stay safe and well.
