I visited this lounge back in February on a business trip. I was lucky to get right in and was very impressed with the experience. I had about an hour to kill there before I made my way to the gate and I don't regret it one bit!
Just got approved for the Capital One Venture X, and my hometowns are Dallas and Denver! Question: Are all drinks free at the bar? How much do you tip if so? I've been to other lounges but avoided the bar bc I didn't want to look like a knob :P
Congratulations man, you’re gonna get so much benefit out of that access! I’ll sometimes tip just a few bucks depending on the situation. Some people tip more some people tip less. All drinks, (and everything else inside) are free at the bar
The last 2 times I've been to this lounge, the wait times were over an hour. It's a great lounge like you said, but it's super annoying to wait downstairs or outside that first entrance. I'll be looking to try Denver next.
This would be my massive concern too. Learning about the app to check the wait time really helps ease your mind. Capital One (and other cards like Chase) are expanding their lounge networks. That should help... but its a slow process.

I prefer Capital One in DFW over the Centurion Lounge or any other lounge for sure.

The lounge access alone makes VX worth getting, once LAS location opened up.
Can't wait for the Vegas and NYC lounges to open!
Would have like to see more of the lounge (seat/chairs, table, quite areas, views out the window, etc.) and less views of you.
