guys if its not working its because your phones bootloader is locked. in order for you to see the custom boot screen that hes showing your phones bootloader needs to be unlocked.

On some devices like that of nexus 6 and all you can install a recovery after rooting
but on 99.9% devices custom recovery is flashed separately
