    Fiscal, may asked lang Po ako, example Po, pano Po if the vessel of the Philippines go to Singapore and 1 of our kababayan killed a Singaporean, saan Po lilitisin Yung Kaso sana Po ay inyong masagot salamatss po

      When you say "vessel of the Philippines", are you saying it is a Philippine-registered vessel? Saan po nangyari ang krimen, inside the vessel while it is inside the territory of Singapore? You need to answer these questions first before I can give a definitive answer.

    Agree but what is the status of territory like Sabah which is not stipulated in the 1987 PH Constitution and RA 9522?.

      Sabah, in my view, remains to be a "disputed" territory although i concede that out claim of title does not stand on solid ground.
