Hi Fiscal question about example number 4 In relation to example number 3 is the bladed weapon used in the commission of the crime also be considered as a special aggravating circumstance? (Illegal possession of deadly weapon PD No. 9) then a separate crime for illegal possession of firearms since it was incidental to a lawful warrantless arrest. Thank you!

Fiscal, (1) May a person who has personal knowledge of the facts constituting the crime file a criminal complaint, and prosecute the case under the direct control and supervision of the public prosecutor? In other words, (2) what crimes under the RPC may be prosecuted de officio?
