Bankart Labrum Surgery - Day 2

Bankart Labrum Surgery - Day two post surgery. Almost no pain at all, able to take sling off and do the exercises they have given me without pain. Really shocked at how little pain I have had and how much progress has been made in less than 48 hours.

it’s 5:15AM day 2 for me and I hope you’re right about the nerve block being why I can’t sleep, gives me some optimism regardless

I was able to sleep ok after the first night. However I was already used to sleeping on my back after so many dislocations. Hope you recovery/rehab goes well.
