Bhayya mere baal jhad rahe hain pichhle 2 saal se, pehle dandruff tha parantu ab to dandruff bhi samaapt ho gya hai par ab pichhle 1 saptah se or jyada jhad rahe hain. Itni gati se jhad rahe hain agar is gati se jhadenge to pagbhag 1-1.5 mahine me mai boht kuchh kho dunga. Mai competetion ka student hoon. 2 mahine se sarwaang aasan bhi kar raha hoon par aaram nahi lag raha hai. Bhayya meri madad🙏 karo mai apne baal nahi khona chaahta, maatra 21 varsh ki aayu me mere baal jaa rahe hain.😭😭😭😭😭mai apna saara confidance kho raha hoon. Apni padhhaayi bhi nahi kar paa rha hoon. Bhayya help please🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Thanks for sharing this video. I saw the video yesterday and started doing the aasan today. It was very dificult to sit in padmasan. But other i was able to do for 30-45 seconds. I hope with practice i will be able to increase duration. But these aasans are not easy to do, it will need lot of practice and time to get it done properly. Thanks this is very helpful

@@ujjwal2186 I am doing this 4-5 times in a week. Not able to do daily. Not sure if memory has increased, but yes it helps in reducing anxiety. Also my migraine has reduced. Not sure if this is because of yoga or something else, but I saw some benefits.
