Whenever I get headaches I do this... It goes away after doing shirshasan for 2-3 times each after 3 min break. It also improves eyesight. YOGA IS THE BEST MEDICINE FOR EVERYTHING!!!!

Usne is channel par shirsh asana ka video banaya hai.Humlog varanasi se hain. Thank you very much swamiji yoga aur ayurveda ke prachar ke liye. Agar aap sabhi logon ko mrityunjay ka sirsh asana pasand aata hai to use like aur share karein. Isse bache ka manobal badhega. Bachon ko ye video dikhayein taki wo mobile chodkar yoga karein.
Friends, main daily Anulom Vilom aur Kapalbhati 10-15 minutes karta hoon, dono Pranayam just miracle hai, mujhe kaafi mahino se nind acchi nhi aa rahi thi aur mera sar bhi bhari bhari lag raha tha, but yakin maano ki main about last month se dono Pranayam kar raha hoon aur meri saari problem dur ho gayi hai, neend bhi acchi aa rahi hai aur mera sar bhi ek dum shaant aur fresh rehta hai. Ab main life time pranayam karunga. Main bhi karta hoon aap log bhi karo jyada se jyada fayda hai, mind bhi tej chalta hai.

शिर्षआसान जैसा कोई आसान नही आधा भी कर लिया तब भी पर्याप्त है बहुत लाभदायक
