    One of my favorites! Also great setting, I love how the background brings together all the elements (metal, water, earth, air, wood) 👍🏻

    I'm far from being a beginner but I'm always learning with each and every new qigong routine. While engaging in this routine, I recognize almost immediately that it was exactly what I needed today. Adding it to my chest of regularly go to routines.

    Hey! So this is awesome! I was listening to a playback of Tea with Lee and someone asked his recommendations for preventing a cancer reoccurrence and to prevent tumors. He recommended the Five Element practice in the morning and Six Healing Sounds in the evening. Lucky me, you have both here! I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2017, and have been practicing Qigong ever since. However, this is the first time that I have ever felt like my practice could have a direct impact on remaining cancer-free. I have just bounced around with what I practice. I think I heard Marisa refer to this as making "Qi Soup." That concerned me a little bit...lol. Oh, and the holiday video that y'all did together is how I started following you. :) I have lots of side effects from the hormone therapy that is prescribed to help keep the cancer away. Because of that, every day is a crap shot when it comes to how I am feeling. So I haven't really been sure what to focus on. I do the appropriate seasonal practice when I don't know what else to do. Anyway, I am rambling. Just want to say thank you for doing what you do! I would love to hear any of your suggestions, too! Many Blessings!

    • @TheNickLoffree
      @TheNickLoffree  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      That is great! Consistency really helps. Very cool I happened to have both the videos you needed :) Keep up your dedicated practice, and be inspired by what you are creating with your practice: More courage, vitality, love, wisdom, peace, etc etc It truly grows over time.
