I am amazed that this channel doesn't have millions of subscribers. The production value is very high, your teaching is impeccable and the flows are so precise yet still oozing :) I watch many QiGong videos and you are my first stop every time. Thank you so much for this channel and I hope you keep posting.

Wow that means so much, thank you! Tbh sometimes i get a bit discouraged when I put so much time into these and they don’t get a million views haha but I’m sure it just takes time 😂

@@TheNickLoffree Don't worry, i'm optimistic :) btw - a "successful" channel doesn't always mean being viral and having TH-cam being the only/main source of income - sometimes a good looking, always growing channel is the best business card you can have - leading to you being hired for online sessions, consultation, etc..

Merhaba, 2 yıldır düzenli olarak qiqong yapıyorum. Binlerce video izledim.

Thank you for this channel and I hope you will keep posting those videos with practices so I can keep doing. I also follow the shaolin brother insight to help my growth here. I feel good doing yours and will always stay here as long as you post on this channel. Thank you for being here and spread this knowledge

So good! I can really feel the energy move in the flows. I love the pauses for standing meditation, but with different hand/arm positions each time. Allows for integration while remaining challenging and interesting. I plan to do this over and over till the movements are memorized.

About the Fair Maiden at the Shuttle-- a shuttle is a weaving tool which holds the weft yarn/thread. This is the yarn which needs to go across the loom and warp threads ( from side to side) to form the cloth. I think the qigong 'designers' need to watch that lady a few more times since she's not weaving very well. :>))
