is it good if I update my vnci vcm3 from vci manager (FORD) or from vnci device manager? if I update it from vci is it gonna harm my vnci vcm3?

I just got your product but it came with the version 1.0.0.8 i got the lil paper with the instructions but once i try to update it it doesn’t allow me to

I purchased the vcm3 from you I couldnt get it to work I emailed global commerce twice for help with no answer back from you

Hi, 99% of the people who can't get it to work always fail at reading the instructions, it's only like 5 steps, we get over 200 emails a day and sometimes can be a while before we can get to them all. install TeamViewer I'll contact you shortly to connect, if you already downloaded everything you'll be up and running in less than 5 minutes..
I'll make an installation video I think people may find it easier to follow a video vs instructions.
