I was wondering. Till what years can you program USED ford modules? I tried several newer ones using the key off/ Key on technique bit it didn't work.

Generally 2012 and older, but newer can also work in some cases.
2013 fusions require nastf which increases cost/difficulty.

I have bought one from this guy, because he said it could do Mazda.
But there is no program for Mazda, i have sent him 3 email and no response.

This is vcm3 any mazda software that supports vcm3 should work. Not knowing how to install software is NOT the same as doesn't work. We sometimes get a few hundred emails daily and can't get to them all sometimes, if you'd like to return the vcm3 contact us at [e-mail] for return instructions, items must be in original condition and packaging.
