If you are struggling with getting the chest and hitting the switch before losing air, you can go from lab to switch then back to lab for air, then back to the chest. It shortens the path by about 15 seconds. Just a tip 👍🏾
Ive been in that hole TWICE and still didnt see the entrance to the room that unlocks the rest of the lab. I was so lost. Thank you SO much for this video! I would have never finished the pond lab without it! Keep making great content. You're awesome.
i know this video is a year old and a few minor things have changed, but it helped me so much! i would've been constantly drowning if it hadn't been for this tutorial.
I am really glad that even over a year this video still helps players out (Even with some of the changes made within the game). Thanks so much for you comment!
@@Rockythenailtech I have been meaning to make new Walk Throughs for the Fully Yoked updates. The Dino is on the side of the pond by the Pagoda (The cement house looking thing in the pond). If you go out to the last lilypad from the Oak Tree where the stick is going into the water. Follow those ones. You will see an Air Bubble that comes up. Follow that down and it will take you to the lower depths and the Dino.
Once you get into the lab it's not to bad. They have added more robots inside though. Just make sure you set your spawn point at the bed inside the entry area.
Save! Before every fight, after every important grab. I never respawn. I load last save. So much time saved, no fear of dying, can retry fights, saves armor repair. The only cons are having to remember to save all the time and stopping your flow to do so. Plus, the inevitable times you'll forget to save for a minute and get eaten by that antlion or whatever and be mad that you lost 25 min of work since your last save 😂 Thank you for this video. Underwater is tough for me, don't think I could have done this with out you, so I appreciate you making this! ✌🏼
I've been saving this lab for last because I get pretty bad motion sickness when swimming around. Which is weird because I've never got motion sickness from a video game before or also very rarely in a boat/car irl so it was a strange experience for me.
Have you turned off Motion Blur in your options settings? Also are you playing first of third person view? I find if I am first person I need to set the Field of View setting to a higher number 90 or higher, which widens what you can see on the screen.
Btw if you upgrade your red ant club it is way way better. You unlock the smithing station through the asl terminal and build it. As soon as you do that build the smithing station. Then get the materials needed to upgrade the club. You can upgrade almost all weapons and armor.
Get the Bubble Helmet, use the Merteen Mutation (small oxygen increase + swim speed increase), and make Liquid Gills Smoothies. Also make sure you have Fin Flops on for increased swim speed. Hope this helps
I just finished the hedge lab with my friends and we’re planning to go here next, they’re all trusting me with this lab so this really helps. Also, what’s the duplicator cost of the toxicology badge?
So glad this will help you guide your friends through! Duplicator cost for all badges is 7500 Raw Science. You won't be able to duplicated them until you get the 3rd Super Duper chip from the Haze Lab.
I missed another Gold Milk Molar Blob near the Treasure chest. Facing the Chest turn left and head up that wall...there is one behind roots up there. I am also going to put together another small "Hidden Tunnels Guide" Soon.
One thing I noticed is that you have tons of empty resource slots and some items like the bubble helmet I have not created yet. With all the weapons and tools I've built (and my main base and storage quite a ways away from the pond), I generally only start with 5 or 6 resource slots open. You must have done a great deal of preparation prior to jumping in such as storing away things and building your diving gear. A list of all the prerequisites would be helpful. The guide was wonderful though. Thank you.
Try building platforms and ziplines from place to place. I have my main base on the porch and ziplines from there to alot of other places in the beginning area
Not sure if this is new with the super duper update, or you just missed it, but at 12:22, when you're in that room, if you turn around and look at the right side of that door is a Koi Figurine.
Anyone here after the final patches, the flooded loot room no longer has those clunky shelves, and instead were replaced by chests, i think in an attempt to not block you in those mad dashes back to get air
Glad to always be a help. There are certain things I won't show as this game is all about Exploring your area (or I completely forgot about a certain thing when recording 🙄)
Omnom nom nom. Give me them alllllll. Thank you my friend! On the look out now! Hoping spider fang dagger will do. Also, HIGHLY recommend spider fang dagger over the trident or any underwater dagger. It's my go to weapon altogether at the moment, once you get the bleed mutation for daggers and with the poison on the blade, you can block and watch em bleed out. Black ant armor with it makes it hit pretty hard with crits and it's SO fast. 10/10 favorite to this point in game!
It's still there just very easy to miss. We just did the pond lab area last month in a live stream where we went into this location. Let me see if I can find that.
Trying to find the exact time we went in but this one will give you an idea of the area as I am getting Sunken Bones and Scales right by the entrance. Go to the 1 Hour 40 Minute Mark in this livestream - th-cam.com/users/livelodONKM1r30
Some of the doors have been changed/updated since I made this one. There are a bunch that now need the Assistant Manager's Access Card to get into. (He is the mini-boss in the Black Ant Hill)
@macariogonzalez4060 you will need to get 4 Eel Grass, 4 Silk Rope, and 5 Sunken Bones. To get the sunken bones you will need a shovel and dive to the lower depths of the pond to dig them up. You will also find the Koi Scales down there as well. Use the snorkel, finflops and a slime lantern to help get down there
