One thing I want to point about the mint box. I found out because I was curious about it that you can open them with basically anything. The point where a normal sizes person would put his finger to flip it open is the right spot to stand and from there just attack. That opens the box, at least it does for me and it doesn't matter if I use my fist or a hammer.
9:25 it just depends on the size of the feather for how many pieces you get the small ones are usually just one and the bigger ones are five or six from my experience

Red ants will fight most bugs you bring to the hill, so if you need stink bug parts, lady bug parts, even fungus from the infected lady bug, agro them into coming to the red ant hill and watch them fight. This is also helpful for killing a lot of ants to get more eggs, a stink bug can kills 10-15 ants and with them being so close you can get a full inventory of ant eggs fairly quick. It’s also fun to watch bugs fight lol

You do not need a two tier to open the mint case you just need it to crush the mints. I did this with a tier one first day then came back to break the mints with a tier 2. I know it's nit picking but I'm only saying it because I know how some people are about using tier two tools on tier one actions when weapons have a durability rating.

Those purple flowers next to the flower pot close to the oak tree opposite side of the juice box. Climb up on one to grab it and go below the other to grab them. It respawns every other day roughly, it looks like good spot for nectar so far
There's a lot of everything including Lint green little beetles that give twinkling shell ant eggs and a lot of everything else in the under shed I leave with 7+ eggs from there
i hate that salt is basicaly the only element that actualy respawns, besides digging them up, but when i ping them, they dont realy spawn besides one or two
Og tip fill the inside of the oak tree with sap collectors Ive got a two layer quarter of the way around and I get 135 per collection can easily get full inventory of. Sap per collection if you grind enough of them
@@oceanbytez847 it used to be better before full release but it still works just gotta build alot of floors to somewhat glitch the wolf spiders they still attack but struggle to get you but they will destroy anything built over time
I saw that you could get the moss from killing the fleas sleuth was rare so I went to kill em so I could close the moss expected to be there for a bit but got one on the second one I killed😂
It should be noted that this guide mentioned the Haze as a good spot. Feathers in the Haze usually give one piece. The random dead insects also only give one item there.
Actually technicalities you do not need the teacher hammer to actually open up that container I should know I actually smacked it open with my fist I was desperately trying to hide from another insect so I ran past that one thing it told me to whack I punched it and it opened up for that mint container on the very first time so you don't need a tier two hammer you just need enough strength to end up working it open and you got to make sure it's right on the spot you wanted to pop it open cuz that's what I did and I ran inside not knowing that it was a mint container cuz I was still very new to the game so I know idea for that
Sap collectors work if connected to turrets, I have a file from before full release and it still works, not sure if this is because it was built before 1.0 and haven't set up new ones on a new file since full release to test , could be worth checking out?

10:00 I found a good set of feathers near the "exit" from the hedge lab. Down there in the water near the concrete lantern. Found like 3-5 feathers

Just go to burgles tree it had all the sap you'll need
