Thanks, Vinay, yes, it's true that unlike other countries where the car has been a runaway success for its all round capability at an attractive price point, it hasn't met with similar response in India. I was just watching a Jimny XL (as the five door is known internationally) Australian vlog where the presenter speaks of a 6 to 12 month waiting period for the machine. I guess Suzuki erred in their ambitious pricing of the Jimny in India, and they've not been able to recover since.
In addition to pricing, they should have called it GYPSY and also positioned it as a GYPSY upgrade so that people compare it to earlier GYPSY rather than the Thar.
Enjoy the new ride sir. I am expecting the climb went fine. Most cars driven by experienced drivers can do the yercaud ghats without much fuss. These roads have enough shoulder for the really steep and curvy turns. I did it with an Alto and with an AWD Yeti, both without much trouble.

Or you also hate it like other people who hate it for being a car that it never promised to be? People buy it for a specific purpose which it delivers good enough.
The car is great for it purpose even if it's a non vfm vehicle but the car is should be used as a second or a third car , so it makes kripal sir ro choose this and yea it has few problems and lot of cost cutting but you tweak stuff with aftermarket fittings and even thar is overpriced and not vfm I will buy a thar as my 4th or 5th car not as a utility car yes thar wins in offroading but kripal sir bought it for it's utility

One can clearly see ,how vehicles are going or drivers driving zig zag truck drivers using all 3 lanes .
No pleasure driving on Indian roads ,it is only stress driving .
Indians buy and use hi end variant costly model cars but majority dont know road discipline. PATHETIC ...😢
It's true, we can have the best roads, but unless mindsets change wrt civic responsibility when on the road... alas!
No wonder why Maruti gave you a massive and special discount for you Kripal😂😂😂
@ramakotaiahk7075 not at all! No insider trading here! ;-) Do take a look at my tweets where I have taken Maruti, Nexa and Kataria Auto to task for certain issues.
@@KripalAmannaVlogs sorry Kripal I didn't mean to say that you are now branding jimny... It was on a lighter note. Infact they should return all the money you paid them with the amount of advertising they getting through you... You are one of the very few Vloggers whom I follow with respect... Keep rocking and doing the good work you are doing.. 👍👍👍👍
@@ramakotaiahk7075 no worries at all. Appreciate your kind words. 🙏 And on a lighter note, I hope Suzuki is tuned in to your brilliant suggestion! 😀
Jimmy is not at all the value for money car and uncomfortable seating for long journey.
Underpower and overpriced: Yes
Jimny be(k)car hai, shouldn't have bought it. It's a flop product from Maruti. Rare but its true. They held back too long, its 6 years late in launching. Btw, I've only owned Maruti's in India, in Europe I had a BMW.
Sir why do you think it's not a good car? Did you take it on off road trips and it struggled there or broke down? Was it not capable enough to take those challenges? Or you also hate it like other people who hate it for being a car that it never promised to be? People buy it for a specific purpose which it delivers good enough.
@@ishowspeedy21 am with you on this.
@prasshantkumaarr7103 not with you on this.
Your right about suzuki they can do better in india
