- Blue Lug 代々木公園店のまっちゃんによる自転車組み立て。MASH All-Roadを1から組み立てる様子です。
自転車を1台組むにはこれだけの工程があって、１つ１つの作業を丁寧に愛情込めて行ってる事を知ってもらいたくて動画にまとめてます。
30分もあるけど、実はこれでも相当コンパクトにまとめてるんです。例えば、動画の中ではもう完成しているホイールも本来は、スポーク長を計算して1本1本カットするところからスタートし1から組み立てます。

I just can't help but to give this build a Chef's Kiss gesture. I genuinely love it! I'll be having a flat bar build with GRX too, except that I've matched the RD with 105 flat bar shifter and XT for the brakes.

I got the same bike with Deluxe 35mm wheels/Chris King hubs 28H in red 🔥 Awesome video but I can't find the GRX brake levers anywhere..?!?! Thankyou!
These bluelug builds are phenomenal masterpieces, the attention to details are pure perfection. I would like to know what did you spray on the chain? Is it like WD40 or something else? Did it degrease the chain? Because i have always hated those sticky grease like thing on new chains. But never dared to wipe them off. Sheldon Brown said that the factory lubricant is the best. Is it not? And your spray does not wash out the grease between the rollers? And what did you spray inside the frame? Thanks!
The oil poured into the frame is *VIPRO'S* marine lubricant.

The chain is degreased first (20:20)
then marine lubricant and special oil are used. *BORED* bluelug's one drop
