    Good case study although may sound too simplistic. Just curious how long did it take to go from 7.2% to 3.8%? 2 years after implementation ?

    Sir I have a doubt. Some people say as HR analytics where some people may call as people analytics and same may call as talent analytics. Whether all will convey the same meaning. Or the 3 is different.
