Today I interviewed for HRBP in one of the semiconductor startups.. after the interview HM told me you are more into analytics not into HRBP. For every question I showed him how I used HR analytics to solve business problems.. now I have two questions..either he doesn't know what pure HRBP is or am I wrong in giving answers?
