    Here you explained Common HR metrics but for me calculating HR metrics you must consider certain factors such as employee attendance, Benefits, Compensation and salary, employee relations, and others

    What's the difference between turnover rate and attrition rate? Or are they the same.

      Hello Francis, both are often used synonymously, as they both occur when an employee leaves the company.
      The major difference is a technical one (read it here - talexes.com/blog/employee-attrition-vs-employee-turnover-whats-the-difference/).
