The winner of the recent poll on the channel was Fallout 4, so that is what I'll be playing next on the channel! I have never played any of the Fallout series before so this will be a blind playthrough. I'll record episodes of this and drop other bits of content in between, I hope you enjoy!

49:35 Sanctuary has all your mods in the workbench inventory, that’s where you have all the basic “standard” mods you’ve removed
so if you don’t have the mod already in your inventory, it will cost resources
@@SeenGod yeah I was more thinking I could strip the better mods to keep and bin the guns/rest of it for carry weight purposes. But lacking any materials even to place the basic ones on blocked that sadly
7 mins after posting. Your laser rifle is boosted by rifleman. But you also can boost it's damage by modifying it. It's great to keep Righteous Authority due to it being good for building criticals.
@rossnorris2351 yeah not having many mods available due to no investment in the science tree for ages definitely held it back

You never lose your mods they are permanently in your workbench memory. You don't need to carry mods
@soldiermedic45 yeah I was looking in the red workstation, not the weapons bench, and I couldn't see the ones stored at Red Rocket, even though that settlement was linked to Sanctuary. I assume its where I was looking, and they'd have been available if I'd opened up the weapons workbench.
10:03 see that’s the thing, it’s whatever you wanna do.. if you wanna beat the game, it’s a pretty linear path with mandatory quests..
but there’s about a million side quests you can do just for the hell of it 😂

Croup Manor - if you searched the room where the Glowing One was, you would find the Basement Key.

1:05:38 Croup manor is a strange place to build. You can not do anything with the basement at all, and the top is blown off the house. The property itself is quite small, just not a great settlement. It makes for a good " safehouse " for the kooks at the RR though.
@@scottpascoe562 haha yeah I bet you can't even remove the bodies either without console commands 🤣 always love when your settlers sleep on beds next to ghouls/skeletons, it's like come on really? That doesn't weird you out at all? 🤣
If you plan to build up settlements and/or the Minutemen, there is no such thing as "too many Fat Mans"

Also, that Two Shot Radium Rifle is OP. Still in my hundreds of hours of playing Fallout with various characters, I've still not found one. You were gifted an incredible rifle. It's the Overseer's Guardian, only with radiation damage added.

The Pier you were searching at 27:28. There was a space between two containers. Go there and search to the right - you shoudl find a full set fo T-51 armor

After playing this game for years I finally started a new character on survival difficulty. It is so much fun I can’t get enough.
@Jagermonsta_ yeah I watched a friend play on survival on twitch and it looks a real challenge. The general lack of ways to travel is a drag though it seems. It sort of pushes you to get the BOS vertibird unless you literally walk all over

I don't think I've ever dispatched Ahab that quickly. Good on ya. The next episode should be pretty fun. I think it's the best active portion of this dlc. The ability to build provisioners is pretty spiff as well.
@BionicleJackson the .308 Overseers Guardian does feel a bit like a cheat code now, the upgraded shotgun isn't too shabby either. Maybe it's time to up the difficulty
- Your version of Righteous Authority does benefit from the Rifleman perk. Upgrading the weapon will also make it more powerful, although you will need to invest in the Science perk.
- Settlements connected with Supply Lines share all crafting components. That includes weapon mods.
- 16:23 - You didn't favourite a laser rifle. Because you stored Righteous Authority (which is a laser rifle) without 'unfavouriting' it first, the game assumes that any laser rifle you pick up needs to be favourited. It's not a bug, it's a feature.
- If you head towards the water to the left of the Nahant Chapel, there's a 'surprise' waiting for you. ;)
- If you take the second rank of the Demolitions perk, you get a throwing arc when throwing a grenade or Molotov cocktail.
- 1:32:41 - I am really confused as to why you shot Ada. The prompt to issue commands to Ada is right there on the screen.
- 2:00:00 - I have never actually seen an Assaultron Totem activate. But then again, I always disarm the tripwires, or take at least two ranks of Sneak, so I don't set off floor-based traps.
@erwinzyx yeah a general lack of laser based mods due to not having anything in the science tree has held that gun back. I'm going to see what the twoshot radium rife is like though 👍🏻
and you know the Destroyers/Sprinters legs stack, so both of them would give you 20% faster movement
@SeenGod yeah I used to use 2 of them until I got a slightly better piece. Can't remember what it has on it but the stats were a slight upgrade
Isn’t Jezebel a peach!? 🤣 I’d love to set her head on a shelf, but you can’t progress the quest by doing so. A shame. I’ll hand to the Croups…they did try to make a go of it. Well, at least one did. You are right in thinking it’s a very challenging place to build. Closing in on finishing The Mechanist quest line!

Hi mike not sure if you would be bothered but if you walk your power armour into a power station, then exit. Click on craft at the top of the power station. Your power armour will face the right way hanging from the frame.

@@chrismaud7730 yeah for sure! I need to think of which ones to do it from to not affect happiness too much. I'm thinking one base that has a lot of robots and the supply lines all from there or something. Maybe Graygarden
Robot left leg is an armor piece. Heavier and more protective than Metal. Not my favorite 😄
@dimon37 haha yeah the 'heavier' stuff I've tended to ignore, I've stripped a few mods off them incase I ever use them but it's combat and synth I've stuck with for ages
5:55 I am wondering if you had tried to upgrade it in Sanctuary if it would have crossed over from bench to bench

Reminder for you... Do another mission for pam, I think it is one more mission for her, after completing it, go see Tinker Tom.... He will have a blueprint to give you that you can use. It will greatly help you when using regular armor! Ballistic Weave!

I know you don't like running around with power armor.... This blueprint is a must for that style! U do have to level up the armorer skill to get the most out of it.

@scottpascoe562 🤣. That is some fancy armor, I love the helmet and the fact the eyes provide the light. I think I've seen you use that armor on your playthrough
@@mike-thegamingdad You have indeed. Once you hit level 28, there is a spot you can do and get a full set.
Tom's mods for the Deliverer aren't usually the top ones. If you can, you are probably best served making your own in the categories you can, like grip and barrel.
You might like to consider the recon scopes for the shotty and the rifle. If you find a weapon label "recon" have a look through the scope. Bonus with these is they mark seen enemies and follow them.
Don't discount the Destroyer's armor just yet. You are yet to buff the AR to polymer. The fallout 4 wiki has lists of the armor and the armor mods you might like to peruse.

Yeah, that Jezebel's insufferable. I made her a provisioner to get her out of the way and to make her a productive member of the community lol. As usual, your methodical playstyle is a pleasure to watch.

Only the XO-2 is better than the XO-1 power armor so far a good addition to your collection
