I have been taking PPI for couple of months and my stomach reflux stops, though I stopped taking it since I do not want to be too dependent on medications plus it has side effects. I have searched in TH-cam the alternatives and I am glad to have seen this video! Thank you Doc! 🙏🏻
I live in Canada and I just checked the Walmart site and the aloe Vera they sell contains citric acid…is this ok as I have real bad gastritis at the moment as I had to change my ppi …I can feel my stomach and esophagus is slightly inflamed…
