I love how the way to win this fight is basically:
Destroy lights, shoot a few, bomb the pillars when he's under water and then after hanging from the ledge; climb back up as Vamp is about to knife you off then throw hands at Vamp til you win as you weave his knife attacks by going through him.. Disrespectful but effective.

Wait, how does Vamp hit your shadow to the ground?

If the lights are on, he can throw a knife into your shadow, and that will pin you in place.
