Hi Paula, so sorry that you are on a stall! My stall has started again its so annoying right now but I am trying to remain positive. I do not use my fitness pal anymore however I may start using again next week so will post you the link when I do x
Why do we think we must use the worst 4 letter words (profanity) to express ourselves. "The expression of a feeble mind trying to express oneself forcibly" It's not what goes into ones mouth that corrupts, but what comes out of it. We were well taught when young, "let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth but that which is good to edification." Most of us were taught the "the ten commandments," in honor of our creator and one another. To hear a girl or young lady use profanity was almost unheard of. Today everything has changed since the 30's and 40's and we don't see much respect for each other, less and less attend the House of God to worship and morals have all but disappeared. We are now experiencing a sick society without any spiritual or moral compass. Sounds like Rome Italy before it fell to utter decay.
