You did all of the don'ts that they teach us what not to do . What are you doing now ?

Why do we think we must use the worst 4 letter words (profanity) to express ourselves. "The expression of a feeble mind trying to express oneself forcibly" It's not what goes into ones mouth that corrupts, but what comes out of it. We were well taught when young, "let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth but that which is good to edification." Most of us were taught the "the ten commandments," in honor of our creator and one another. To hear a girl or young lady use profanity was almost unheard of. Today everything has changed since the 30's and 40's and we don't see much respect for each other, less and less attend the House of God to worship and morals have all but disappeared. We are now experiencing a sick society without any spiritual or moral compass. Sounds like Rome Italy before it fell to utter decay.

Hi Jade! I love your videos, they have been so useful and informative. I really want a gastric sleeve but couldn’t afford it privately. Other than the bmi etc do you know how hard it is to get accepted for this on the NHS? For instance I haven’t tried diet pills but really don’t want to! I have however been overweight for over 20yrs ...grateful for any advice you can offer 😁 xx

Hi Jade great page I am at the stage with weight loss surgery that I have been with clinic for about nine months now and have shown to then that I can loose wait and sustain it and and be given the ok by weight loss committee, I have been to a educational appointment to discuss the three different types of operations that are available and now am waiting for my appointment next month at the hospital where they will do all the pre opp tests and will meet with surgeon to hopefully get the all clear to have surgery and to find out how long I will need to go on liver shrinking diet. All being well once the go ahead has been given been told should be around four to six months after meeting with surgeon. I know it is still long way off but great to watching all your videos so I have a good idea of what to expect. Thanks again KevinK

Hi Jade, I'm so glad your weight loss stall has ended, you are looking great! Thanks for the chat on Instagram, Im feeling much better it's getting easier everyday, but today was really hard for me, I had gone out with friends to play crazy golf and then they wanted to go and get lunch and I went with them, it was so hard seeing everyone in Nando's with huge plates stuffing there faces, and all I could have was a couple of bites of chicken, the cravings and wanting to binge is so strong that it has me really regretting what I have done and feeling almost grieving my past behaviour. Now obviously I know consciously this was the right thing for me and when I get further along post op I can eat a little more but feeling down today, so your video totally makes sense, and if you do want some treatment for your cravings I recommend looking up an NLP practitioner, they are much better at getting results than hypnotherapy, and I might do it too after feeling this was today. Anyway sorry for the long message, keep up the good work. Amelia x

hiya Jade I'm due to have my pre-op at L&D next week and wondered if you could help with a couple of questions please? will i be getting the information about the liver shrinking diet then?do you know how long you are on it before your surgery date? are you able to give me some idea of what I can have during this phase? ive seen so many different milk diets (liver shrinking), not sure what they suggest for patients at L&D. thank you Jane

Loved your honest video hun. I've been nervous about the whole alcohol thing and this has made me feel alot better! I'm also crap and getting my water in, something that will have to change after surgery. And definitely do a life in the day video regarding food, I will be taking notes! Glad to hear things are looking up. 4 st is absolutely amazing, be proud of yourself 😘 P.s. Fellow makeup lover here 🙋‍♀️post away girl haha
