That being said i was wondering if you had worked with integrating Zoho CRM with third Party Apps such as Microsoft Projects or other Project tools?
Glad you liked it! I’ve played around with a few project management tools, but I always come to the same conclusion that one should track everything from within Zoho CRM deals. Project management apps are always way too over complicated. And those that aren’t can be replaced by customising Zoho CRM Deals to track the various steps and processes.
Cant see what you are doing - text editor is not zoomed in, and the code you are editing is behind your video. Thanks anyway, you did more than Zoho is doing to educate folks about their own platform.

I’m not sure. Zoho has been developing a lot with ChatGPT recently, so maybe contact Zoho support to ask them
Would this same integration give or a take a few minor changes work with a custom GPT model into zoho crm?
Possibly, sure. As long as you can access the custom gpt via the api, you should be able to follow along and just change to the other gpt’s api

I believe you just need choose the model that includes web searching, like gpt 4 turbo
Hi. I work for a travel agency that sells tours for the spanish market. We want to integrante Chat GPT on our Zoho System. The thing is we need to "train" Chat GPT so that it has our information such as, prices, duration of the tours, etc. Is that possible?
