Thanks Dave. Yes, I love making helpful content, I just wish I had more time! If I did, I would post weekly! Eventually, I'd like to run a regular webinar where I invite subscribers and customers to join me in a recorded session where I give free help and advice. Maybe later this year 😀

Nice video, is there a template we can pick and customize instead of building it from the scratch

Zoho usually gives you a template leads blueprint, but I suggest starting from scratch to make the perfect blueprint for your business

Thanks for this. An absolute gem for me, as I am a total noob to the Zoho CRM. Question: my blueprint will depend on the type" of client. What do you think is best: Shall I create 3 blueprints for clients A, B and C, or add some sort of field in leads/ deals to assign the client to A, B or C category, and then "split the blueprint into three paths?

      Thanks 😊
It depends on how complicated the blueprints will be and how much they will share in common. If complicated and not sharing too much, I'd probably split them out separately and I'd have conditions on when to enter each blueprint.

Fantastic tutorial, it helped a lot to think of the great possibilities that we can do. Thanks for your time.
I have a question, wouldn't it be better to open the installation service in Zoho projects with different tasks, and one the project is completed there it will update the deal stage and continue the remaining steps. Is it better to separate the tasks for such thing? Or keep them as stages?

Good question. It really depends on your needs and how many (and how different) your tasks are. If there are tonnes of different tasks, then yes, start a project or Sprint and then have that update the deal when it is completed.

how can you hide convert button when a blueprint is enabled?

You can use the permissions to take away the ability for your staff to convert records. Then, from within the blueprint, you can make a transition that converts the record and give your staff access to that transition in the blueprint.
