I suggest you watch the tutorial, all the skills you need are shown in this video. You can increase the playback speed and then slow it down at the parts that are relevant to you. Good luck

@@ZohoExpert watched front to back. I’m just an idiot. But I figured it out from a few posts. The field updates with the requested text, but now the workflow rule doesn’t trigger. It triggers when I type the same word, but not when the button populates the field with that text. I canceled Salesforce because of how clunky it is, but I’m not doing too much better with Zoho.

@fsqabr make sure when you’re code updates the record to populate the field you “trigger” workflows. See in my video where I talk about triggering

We work directly with customers. I was wondering why and what would be the proper way if you are not b2b. The retainer invoice part. @@accuratelycorp Usually, the account with be “Surname Family” and then the husband and wife would each be a contact of that account. That way you can take full advantage of all Zoho’s built in features

Possibly, sure. As long as you can access the custom gpt via the api, you should be able to follow along and just change to the other gpt’s api

Yes, it is always saved in your mailbox unless you have other automations to delete it. The webhook is just a trigger that runs on new emails

@@jacopo7417 the webhook stores data you send to it in logs, but not as an email. The email inbox stores the message, but you can set a filter or function to delete it if you want to

Personally I moved to creating Zoho sign requests via Deluge Script instead as it is more reliable. If you wish to explore, checkout the Zoho Writer function “merge and store” and then the Zoho sign function to send for signing

It’s difficult for me to know what you’re doing wrong here. I assume you weren’t correctly referencing your deal subform or the deal subform was empty. If you haven’t already nailed this, please rewatch the video and follow along very carefully

The easy way is to integrate the form to the CRM using the integrations tab inside Forms. The harder but more flexible way is to give the file a unique name and from within forms save it to a specific folder. Then, inside flow, fetch the form file from the specific folder and more it to the account WorkDrive folder. Then attach it as a link to the CRM record

Sorry, I haven’t spent much time looking at FSM yet. I usually like to give Zoho some time to flesh out new products before I jump in as they often change things in the first year to improve the product

Sorry John, only just saw this! For this video, you need Zoho One! Checkout ZE Portal (zeportal.net). For this, you still need Zoho One, but it’s an out the box client portal! No building required!

Yes, sun forms are a feature of the paid versions of Zoho CRM. If you are on the free version and you are considering upgrading, I strongly suggest you consider Zoho One (small monthly fee for access to tons of useful apps from Zoho): go.zoho.com/Zod

Are you referring to the WorkDrive extension? If so, it was developed by a Zoho Employee in his capacity as an employee. I’ve looked into it. Also, as an extension developer, I can confirm that Zoho does extensive checks on one’s extension (security, functionality, etc) before they publish it to the marketplace. So I feel safe to trust it.

I think if that's true then Zoho could do more to make that clear as reading it it feels more like someone pretending to be a Zoho employee

@@ZohoExpert It would be nice if you could create a video with Zoho Books demonstrating automation, for example, from "Auftrag erstellen auf Entwurf Status" to "printing on 2 printers," like the Zebra 420d and Brother. For instance, when someone saves "auftrag auf Entwurf," it should print the customer's name and order date only once. The second printer should print the customer's name, product name, and price. The quantity added for each product should determine the number of copies printed. For example, for a product named "dress" priced at 10 Euros with a quantity of 2, it should print two copies with the customer's name, product name, and price. This should happen each time you create a new "Auftrag" with a new customer or add a new product to an order. If you can do this, you'll be the best.Thank you!
