My Cliq Bot worked perfectly for 24 hours. Then it suddenly stopped working. No errors. No response. I don't recall any mention of this in your video, but I am wondering if the Cliq Bot requires a specific version, a paid version, of ChatGPT? I have the free version of ChatGPT. I am wondering if that is why it stopped working for me. Any guidance will be greatly appreciated.
This is fantastic! When I go to type a message to the bot, is there a way to prefill some text into a message? For example, I'm creating a bot to search an industry standard of care, so everytime I send it a message I type, "What does the IICRC S500 say about...?"
Hi Jonathan, Yes you can get the GPT response and before sending it to the bot you can prefix whatever text you’d like to on the front of the response. Or, you could include in your prompt to GPT “Please begin your response with the following phrase…”
I'm curious to know if it's possible to utilize the integration you create and then transmit it either to Zoho Flow or Zapier as a webhook. Subsequently, it can be integrated with an API code to send the information to ChatGPT and Zapier under the label assistance. Additionally, you have the option to include articles from your organization, enabling employees to simply type their queries in Cliq and retrieve information from either Zoho Learn, Zoho Writer, or Zoho Notebook for Brett.
