- The much-awaited Triumph Scrambler 400 X has finally been launched and I had the privilege to be amongst the first to have access to ride and experience the motorcycle. Does the junior Triumph Scrambler live up to expectations? I share my initial thoughts and impressions in this video. Hope you enjoy the watch.

Exactly
Ya da
Yeah bro
Totally agree
It's like a friend has been on a journey and has come back to tell about the stories of his journey. Even the review of a bike feels like coming from a friend, simple and clear as always
2023 is year for bikes. cause we have seen all the major players in india launched their bikes like hero xtreme 160r 4v, hd440x, triumph twins, duke 390 and duke 250, re bullet and re himalayan 450, tvs apache rtr310 and many more to go in next year. wow what a great year for bikes.
What a great review of this bike. I saw so much more details of the bike than others showed. I look forward to mine arriving in the states. I appreciate your review.
Just found your channel while looking at Triumph 400x. Great presentation! Yours is one of the few I've seen that actually shows the bike in action on road and on back trails. Yours also does a great job of showing the beauty and quality of the bike. Subscribed and looking forward to catching up on more of your videos. Thanks!
Your video quality has improved, love the way you explained about the bike
You got some really beautiful shots of the bike. Triumph must be very happy that they invited you to ride the bike and review it. They probably couldn't have done it better
Have been following your vidoes since 2018....Your videos are top notch in terms of content, quality, shots, your english ...👌🏻
Bro! Mad production quality! You've upped your game. Love it ! 😍
Fantastic review. I’m so excited about this bike. I sold my 2016 T120 2 years ago to retire to Portugal. I miss it dearly. But, I didn’t want another big cc bike and wanted to go off-road, and wanted another Triumph. The gods have delivered! I can’t wait to get one. January can’t come soon enough.
one of the first 50 views :) was waiting for a review on this bike, and YT gave ur video as the 1st recommendation! can't be more apt!
This is the first video I am watching on your channel, I don't know about others but I am an admirer of @ICN Studio!
However, this video is so well made, I mean it has something which I can't put finger on and it feels fresh and good. Please keep up the good work.
Thank you, great english you have. Im brazilian and could understand everything. Cant wait to see this bike here! Hugs
Thanks, great review!
Excellent review! Looking forward to seeing them in the dealerships here in the states.
Wow. Nice to see you back. I was missing your videos and adventures. Hopefully we can see you more often. Now about that bike, maybe with a more oriented off road tires will be a scramble. Nice review. 🤘👍
Location is spot on. Cheers 🍻
I'll buy the black one next year and Will put my signature on that white aluminum part. Beautiful machine.
wow what a cinematography love it bro.
Very well done, excellent overview
Welcome back. Hope India enjoys that Triumph given that is made and released there long before we get it in the UK. We are a much smaller market but with the traffic problems we have I hope Triumph sell enough here as it looks a good bike. Great review
Fantastic review!!!
The way you Portrayed Scrambler. Too Good :)
great review , thanks
looks beautiful!
Great review that actually answered questions most prospective buyers have in their heads - and this is something too many reviewers forget.
Beautiful scenery too, looks an amazing place to visit, especially on a scrambler!
I presume the seat height is slightly higher due to the suspension travel? I'd rather have it a bit higher rather than fit a less padded seat to keep the seat height lower. The extra suspension travel and a 'normal' seat should prove to make a comfortable bike. Glad to see a 19" front wheel too.
Amazing presentation and narration ❤❤❤❤❤
Excellent Review!
The Scrambler is the right type of bike to ride in Indian conditions. Great review as expected from a real rider❤
Exactly
Good review. Thank you
Thanks for answering the height question at first place .I'm 5.7 too and your answer helped.
Top review 👍🏼
Such a beautiful video
Nicely done!
Good review. Brilliant
Firstly, It great to see you back on TH-cam after a hiatus. This format is slightly different that what you did with Ronin, while both are great, I like this a bit more.
Talking about the S400X, the seat height you mentioned also depends on one's in-seam I think. I have seen people with 5'8" just tip toeing the bike. TBH, I think the S400X is the logical pick between the two. While bikes with one true purpose are good, a bike with multiple use cases just makes more sense. Plus it looks much bigger and much more handsome than its sibling. And given how many surprised our roads throw at us, having the assurance of that extra bit of travel is always good. Of course, not to forget that temptation of taking the road less travelled. 😁
Off-topic : But to a person whom this bike appeals to, RE's Himalayan is something they should seriously also be considering and I hope to see that bike on your channel soon ❤
“Once the honeymoon phase is over, you’ll learn to ride it better”
Good one mate! 😁
From following you from thunderbird 350 to here❤❤❤
Awesome!!!
Dude! that's one of a kind presentation. Just amazed by the output. I can see your passion towards biking and commitment towards TH-cam 🙌. Just wow! Keep up the good ah... no no BRILLIANT work!
Love this bike
I like it. I'm 80 yrs. old. I'm looking for a bike I can handle and enjoy. I think this is the one. Or, CB500X.
I'm 85 yrs old and I agree
The CB I can highly recommend, will try the 400x asap. But now it is cold in Germany 😢😢😢
EXCELLENT.
10/10.
EXCELLENT sir. WELL done.
Nice to see you back again, what happened to the end of your UK trip? Also what gloves are you wearing in this video?
Pls upload more videos bro...big fan of you.
This bike truly suits your personality hope you buy one
Thank you for this nice review! What are the brand of the crash bars on your 400x?
Another TFT VIDEO !!!! Yesss :)
Where's this beautiful place bro? The morning scenes were so full of tranquility.
Too good..
Buddy is back ....
Also thala, kindly upload one video, or atleast a youtube shorts regarding your Thunderbird 500. Inspired by you, I ended up getting a pre-owned Thunderbird 500 in the year 2021.
Waiting for the head to head with the Himalayan 450.
Would love to see a Collab video between TFT & Sarge..!! ❤ Two unique breeds of motorads in India!
Niiiice one
YES seat height will pullback for some customer like me
Nice review for the fentastic machine, we are missing your videos kindly post one video a week at least 😮😅😊
Amazing content as usual ❤❤
I'm 5'6", 835mm is just spot on for my height as it seems.
But what if I change the rear tyre from 140/80 to 130/70?
Will it be fair enough?
❤
Still i wish the exhaust note was little more silent with better NVH.
I am using impulse since 2014,
then i upgraded to xpluse, which i sold later (issue was its a stiff bike, not as flexible as impulse)
then i baught Himalayan (loved the initial torque and weight is in bottom, but its handling is not fast as impulse)
I still have impulse (i love its comfort and agility .. but hates its underpowered engine)...
I am sure you have ridden Impulse, compared to it, how is comfort and handling department?
Its designed for the highway more of fashion statement than a scrambler. Comfirtable for the longer distance. Would like to see a 250 to 300cc variant
What's the fuel octane recommended by triumph for this bike? TNX for video
Before we would have only dreamed of owning a Triumph motorcycle. But Indian 2 wheeler market has changed everything.
Best moto vlogger in India but unfortunately subscribers number so low....why People loves over showoff , fake stuff & all that kind of material.... I really love to watch your vlog sir..... Keep working foe quality work.
I bought the Speed 400 and Himalayan 411 feels like a 150Cc bike after I ride the Speed. Not sure what magic RE must do with the 450 to beat this..
Looks more ENFIELD than most ENFIELDS! A BIT late to the party, like BSA Cold Starter, and will be all Hype as well!
How's the suspension compared to Rover ?
Upload in 4K my man
😃
How would you compare it vis a vis the 390 ADV
🥰🥰🥰🥰
Thala, kindly spare some of your valuable time and provide similar reviews regarding the new launches to us. Will be very grateful 🙏
Review of KTM 390 Adventure X, please!
Nice video but can it do with a pillion ?
How does it compare to your CRF300 Rally ?
How is the low end torque, KTM390 adv is very bad
Why triumph 900 and 1100 are not available in India ?
What is the exact location. The one with the good view.
The only review that matters
Lovely video. Small suggestion re training your camera chap. At 5:35 - 5:45 where you’re demonstrating the seat height and reach to ground, the video is cut off above the ankles itself. Should have shown the feet and ground below it. Love your videos otherwise and keep em coming mate!! Cheers.

Consumo e altura para o solo?
Hey bro please upload regular videos
Thunderbird 500 ki yaad aa gayi last me
Triumph Scrambler 400...or the Royal Enfield Scram 411...? I want buy one next Year,difficult..🥴
Did you sell your faith? Make a short ride video on it.
I'd be tempted, but I really don't like those alloy wheels. It'd look far better with spokes.
Finally you recovered your password..
Kitna deti hai?
Look cute. Like a babychino
net price in US
The Scrambler 400X looks more complete than the Speed 400.
People actually believe the top comment being serious lmao. Even the motorcycle handbooks say that the method of leaning is totally dependent on your speed. If it is medium to slow speed you should keep your body upright and counterbalance the lean which is what he is doing in the video. This youtuber guy is just being a jealous hater.
ma che dici? Tocchi appena con le punte dei piedi e dici che va bene. Già la Speed è alta con i suoi 790 mm. Per 170 cm di altezza per toccare bene con i talloni, la sella dovrebbe essere a 77 cm da terra.
After learning a little to ride a motorcycle, there is no need to know how to "flat foot" the ground. Off road capability and flat footing are not very good friends.
The speed is not a tall bike even by indian standards. U need to know what the (global) standard seat height is and why even just flat footing on one side is ride-able even on offroad sections.
@@karpich1994 Vuoi mettere la sicurezza che ti da una sella bassa specialmente se ti fermi in posto dove ai piedi trovi un avvallamento??
Triumph shoes? Really?
I own the Speed 400 and i'm guessing the Scrambler 400x is not going to be whole lot different to the Speed 400. While I quite enjoy riding the bike, it has been an absolute disaster till now owning one. Khivraj Triumph Chennai has been absolute rubbish as well. Valvetrain noise which Khivraj Triumph refused to acknowledge and I had to bring the roof down in the showroom, make a scene and write multiple emails to Bajaj/KTM/Triumph before they sent someone from the factory and replaced the entire head assembly - valves, guides, springs, camshafts, rocker arms and all. They were also quite clueless to the cause and have as of now not bothered to disclose the issue which seems to be prevalent on multiple engines to varying degrees though the rhetoric has been.. Do a 1000 kms and the 1st oil change will make it butter smooth. Yeah right. I was born yesterday. Some examples are smooth and refined (esp the ones put on test ride duty) and some are pure garbage and need some serious intervention like mine. Now the cone set has failed and is awaiting replacement (parts are shared with the pulsar NS, yes the part nos match). The bike was delivered with a dent on the tank (tank replaced on Day 1), the odd nuts and bolts loose (exhaust header, exhaust heat shields etc), no coolant in the reservoir, scratch on the instrument console (the buggers wipe it with the same soiled cloth they use to clean the wheels and other muck on delivery day and there were too many other problems to deal with to really fuss about this scratch on day 1), bubbling paint on the headlight rim (awaiting replacement next), bar end mirrors not torqued properly that they would keep spinning around the bar, tyre pressures set to 36PSI front and back (Reco is 26 and 33 respectively) and almost zero fuel in the tank (gauge was not showing a single bar). Talking about fuel and tank, the fuel gauge has a mind of its own. I've owned the 1st gen Caliber, Eliminator 175, Pulsar 200 2nd gen DTSi, Avenger 200 Oil Cooled, 1st gen KTM Duke 200, 2nd Gen KTM Duke 390 all from the Bajaj stable and never faced such issues either with upfront quality or the service center listening to your issues. Put a Triumph sticker on it and they believe the name overshadows crappy quality levels and even crappier service support from Khivraj Triumph Chennai. A huge no of parts are from the Bajaj stable ... yes... part nos match for a huge bunch of components. This bike is an amalgamation of the Duke, Dominar, Pulsars, Avengers and others. Nothing bad about that. Keeps cost down. But stop pretending that this has come all the way from Hinckley. They need to sort the bike out and their dealers out more before people start seeing it for what it really is. I still like the bike tho. Just wish the support was something to crow about.
....I think Triumph made this for the guy who hasnt rode in 9 years due to getting married but now divorced.....
Dude Rohith!! That is some first class B-roll footage you got there! Really made this bike look good in its element! Triumph should actually pay you for this! And I love how beautifully articulate and succinct your reviews are. Great work! Keep it up! 👍🏽👍🏽
Pls upload more videos bro...big fan of you.
