I worked in Little Caesars twice in the late 90s (about 98/99) and one time someone randomly called us complaining about their pizza (I am 99% sure they had the wrong store) and threatened to "bust my nuts" because the pizza was wrong. Only problem I ever had with anyone there and I don't think it was even our customer.

Once I took over the snack counter and word got out that it was now clean and I produced tasty food, business blew up! They had to take on more help. I appreciate your neatness in the kitchen. Life is too short to cook poached eggs, and it was always far too busy to bother with them. This looks like a very leisurely day. I used to get orders for ten or fifteen full English breakfasts at once. It was very hard work.
Poached egg is the best tasting by far. I crack four eggs into my poaching machine. 3 minutes then it's done, then I have another four. Work smart, not hard.

Within 1 minute, I could tell you were an old school trained cook. How ?!?! Because, HOT FOOD=HOT PLATES !! I was taught that a long time ago when I 1st started cooking. Glad to see someone else move those COLD plates near the heat. Nothing a customer likes better than getting their hands a lil' warm when they pick up their plate. Way to teach these youngsters proper service!

As someone who has earned their certification in food safety and management. Gloves are not permitted for most poultry items unless you’re injured or have a bandage, then you must wear gloves at all times within the operation and they should be changed regularly after washing your hands thoroughly whenever you take them off or switching between different prep items such as raw chicken, lettuce, raw meat, seafood, and etc. (Just for anyone who’s interested or curious of the whole glove situation)
Got some great sunny side up tips from this guy! Get some oil on the side hot and throw it on top, also checking the whites with his spatulas... awesome...

You need to do some Mexican omelette! Chorizo, tomato, cilantro, and shredded Queso cheese! The best cheese for an omelette because it liquifies. Mmmm
